Hotel Sudarsan

Decent rooms with ample space and clean toilets. Located next not RP mall and in heat of the city its connectivity to major destinations are excellent. Though the service is average they provide good parking space and they close the gate at night. Also the security was alert all night. We didnt try their food.

Great rooms. Good lobby,lift. Good staff. I wish if there was some space to hang clothes to dry after washing

We friends are satyed here for two days.. Old hotel that not renovated. Old bed coat all acceceries.. Only good thing is very near to the kollam railway station and KSRTC Bus station. Other wise only adjustment.. So familes try to avoid this one..

Personally, I didn't have a choice apart from taking this room at the hotel. The only reason i took it was for the location as it was close to the venue i was attending on the evening. The cost of the room didn't justify the size or quality of the room. The toilets was outdated, old greasy, and yuck. The bed was even worse with used faded sheets and didn't look like they were clean. The towel provided didn't seem to be washed and looked worn out with a creamish colour than white, so you can imagine. Sorry, this place was not for me.

The location is very good, near RP Mall and a movie theatre, auto rickshaws nearby and a movie theatre with an attached indian coffee house. Premium rooms are okay, cheaper ones are not that good especially bathroom, so avoid low priced rooms. Service and security are also good

For location and accessibility place deserves 5 star. Staff need to pull up for better service. Restaurant with 70% occupancy lunch time on a holiday, staff can't manage services promptly. 10 mins for some one to clean the table another 10 for taking order. And now waiting for the order to materialise. Wonder how they hold act together on weekdays when there is a crowd.

Stayed here for a Day. The Hotel looks like lost it's legacy and moorings. No more can be said as one of the best in the mainstream. Heard it was not functioning for couple of years due to labor unrest (!) No proper maintenance. Need more on that aspect. Restaurant now serves non veg too. ( A surprise. May be to catch that segment too) But 15 years back when we stayed there it was a pure vegetarian hotel I believe). The management needs to pay attention on several areas.
