Hotel Shah International

Bad experience. There is cockroach everywhere, no hot water and not worth to the price we paid. Receptionist is not cooperative. Bed is not clean. Overall very dirty that too executive rooms.

The hotel shah international is an piece crap. I was recently visiting kollam for my business meetings and i was took a non ac room in this hotel shah international and i cant believe what i saw there. Its so disgusting that they dont even clean the room well. So much dust and sticky things everywhere.the telephone not working the bed was broken a part and i complained it . But i dont get my money refund.total mess. I order food from their restaurant and i waited my luch for 1 hour . After i visit the restaurant and can't even find my order nothing. They don't even now my order that placed 1 hour ago. After i order food from Rameez hotel. That near tge hotel. Its come 5 minute the said. And the food was good.i don't even visit this place .. the hotel not worthy for even 3star.what a shame. The location and the exterior was only attracted me taking room.but it was a disaster. Please guys first look the room and confirm that is good for you and the budget.

The hotel reception is handled by people who are unfamiliar with proper behavior and lack manners. Even though a room was booked a week ago, upon arrival, you are asked to pay more than what was initially quoted at the time of booking. For three rooms booked on the same floor, when you arrive, they are placed on three different floors. When asked why this happened, the response is that they can't provide the same arrangement now, and if you want, you can take whatever is available. It is better not to come expecting that the rooms you booked will be ready as promised.

Very dirty rooms and price also more . Not maintaining hotel. It was very bad experience

Rude owner. Rooms full of insects. Quiet and secluded place hence scary experience

Not value for money. They charged 1232 for Non AC room. Room and amenities are pathetic. Not maintained well. Very old hotel. Years back it would be one of the standard hotels in this area. But now they charging like a three Star facility hotel and providing a minimal lodge setup.

Extremely pathetic staff and the experience was very bad. Poor facilities and not cooperative at all. Eventually checked out because couldn't stand with the arrogant attitude of the receptionist.
