Hotel Seapark

I recently stayed here and it was an absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. First off the front desk staff was unhelpful making us feel like we were inconveniencing them. The air conditioning barely working. The room remained unbearably hot and uncomfortable especially at night time. The service at restaurant during complimentary breakfast time was another disaster. We friends were waiting for nearly 1hr for the breakfast. Food was also not good. All in all, this hotel was a huge disappointment..the room was uncomfortable. I will definitely be booking somewhere else next time

Very bad experience, made full payments for one room + one extra bed 1. AC not working, after raising multiple complaints someone showed up to repair the same AC started working for sometime and stopped at middle of the night 2. They did not bring the extra bed till night, had to call and ask. Then they brought the bed alone and left it at the door!!, I had to call again and request for pillow. 3. Food is very average, breakfast is a waste of money. they will count the head and bring food.

Hi All , We stayed there to attend a marriage function in near by auditorium. Pros : Room is okay . Cons : AC is always a problem at late night we wake up to find ourselves sweating like a pool. Lift won't stop , you need to call front desk to stop the lift at your floor Breakfast is comedy - you will be redirected to bar for breakfast and then you will find a guy jut got up from bed asking you what you want for breakfast (yawning). Then 1 hour long wait and you will get what you get only god knows the quality . Overall - my request to owner not to you dear travellers - please close it down as soon as possible and run only bar .

Very bad room service. I booked three rooms for my engagement for my guests and me Early morning we asked for a coffee packet they said it's only provided for suit room. Our ac was not working properly the didn't even mind. The lifts were switched off always they on it once they want to use only

The hotel was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. The staff are all very well mannered. The service of Marketing Manager Vishnu Raj is worth mentioning. I have already booked the room 3 times just because of his excellent service. Thanks for all the ervices.

Nice hotel food and all over all experience

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool.. went there for lunch with my family..Every staff we came across were super friendly. They know what they're doing and what they're talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority.(especially Vishnu and rakhi)Food is pretty good with wide range of seafood dishes and their prices are pretty reasonable.. Their prawns dishes are absolutely delicious and a must try.

Superb Experience. A small town in Kerala providing such Clean stay and fresh food experience. As a Unilever Manager I used to travel across the state some 8 years back and used to stay only in district hqs. This a great progress in terms of tourism in small towns. Good luck VK
