The rooms were clean and comfortable, but what truly made our stay stand out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, kind-hearted, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They took the time to guide us, helped us plan our itinerary, and were always available to answer any questions we had. Special mention must be made of the receptionist and housekeeping supervisor, who were particularly helpful and courteous. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident in everything they did. Checked in late night.. rooms they provided was not even without a proper lock & AC was not even working properly. Rooms are not cleaned properly & not maintained properly. MakeMyTrip should remove these type of hotels from their list.

One of the worst experiences i had . The reception staff was very rude . We had booked a single room for 3 people and paid for an extra bed , the bed we got was broken and very flumsy . Moreover when asked for replacement they didnt have any . Upon checkout when asked regarding the same ,the response was very rude and hostile ,and we were blamed for breaking the extra bed (we had already been informed by the roomboy that the bed was broken and they didnt have any) . Kollam does have many good hotels from my experiance apart from this one
