Hotel Karthika

Very old hotel and famous hotel in chinnakkada, kollam... Its need renovation, rooms are not well maintained... Residency have 3 floor but lift is not working properly.... Restaurant and wine shops are there, but not working.... Rate is reasonable.

The setup is very old and has not been properly maintained. The cleanliness is also lacking. Please note there is no lift service

I've been there for a day and the experience was good. I've opted for non ac single room which costed about 460 for a day, ath this price point the rooms a good with fairly good attached bathroom. Also the statues in the middle of complex is soo nice.

Good place to stay for bachelor's. spacious rooms with 2 to 5 beds. bug proof including mosquito. above average cleanliness. It was a bit difficult to reach (in a one-way road)

Building is very old. Classic Lodge. Have limited parking space. Too old. Needs renovation. Room which I got was spacious. Air conditioned and had a LED TV. That's all for now. Thank you.

The whole experience from the moment you enter the building is exceptional. The care, attention to detail and personalised service is delivered by their many members of staff in such an unobtrusive, genuine fashion that you feel comfortable and valued with every interaction - they make it seem so easy!

One of the oldest and reputed hotels in the city. Plenty of rooms. Rooms are old fashioned but decently renovated. Statue in the center is done by famous artist Kanai Kunjiraman Nair. Restaurant along with beer and wine parlor present within the compound. Reasonably priced rooms. Calm and peaceful.

Lobby service was good. The room was quite gloomy. I was not painted properly and lacked a pleasant ambience. I wouldn't recommend karthika for a family stay. But is good for batchelor stay if your looking for a cheap place to rest
