Attended a dinner party in the open space, Excellent location and view. Ample car parking area as well.

Quite a nice resort for reception, functions, parties. The merit of the resort is that they have a huge outdoor space for small parties and beach view. But don't get too excited about the beach view because you can't swim ( of course I got a little excited). The kollam beach is just 1km away from the resort. I can't compare with other resorts in kollam as I didn't explore kollam that much

This is a good place to host private events. However, the maintenance doesn't look adequate and the location is not very convenient in terms of access and traffic management

Went there for a friend's (day) wedding. The venue was stunning on a bright sunny day. Loved every bit of it.

Couldn't believe such a beautiful place is there in kollam to host a marriage function or a birthday party or a wedding reception Great location on the banks of Arabian Sea ... More over the hosting people like manager Alan and other care takers are the best that can be there in the property... 5 AC rooms and 5 non AC Rooms along with a tree house adds to the ambience of the property The caretakers and managers looks after the guests in the best way they can accommodate the guests... If at all the property was known before , a marriage function would have been given for them rather than to some other wedding halls The only drawback is the way to reach the property - roads are narrow not enough wide to manage a Volvo bus to reach the spot
