I had made a very bad comment about the behavior a few months ago. Based on a reply from the management apologizing, I tried to book a room again yesterday for five days. I am in a situation where the bus reaches Kollam at 6 am, I requested for a 6 am Check in. Receptionist requested 6 A M check in with management for me, but the management adamantly took a stand to charge 5 hours early check in. There are situations in many hotels if we took 5 days accommodation, they automatically provide us 15 to 20% discount. Here a management with foolish ideas and don't know how to do business.

I never suggest this type of place to anyone.. no proper cleaning of rooms and washrooms.. and they use our tooth brushes for cleaning the sink. No laundry service. No lift. Only a positive thing is.. two reception boys are good and gentle with the clients. I wish they will get a job in good hotel.

This is my second time in Kollam and I choose Hotel Chandra Inn again. The rooms are very clean. Also the bathroom is very good, hot water all time available. The receptionist is very friendly and tries to help in any situation. If I come to Kollam district again, Chandra Inn will always be my first choice.

Neat rooms and bathrooms, spacious rooms, gentle and polite service by the staff.

This property is good with spacious rooms. If you are traveling with old people please note that there is no elevator. You have to use the steps. The supporting staff were two boys in the night time and they will not help us to carry the bag even. They will simply give the key and tell us the floor and then we have to find the room ourselves. Availability for breakfast only through zomato. The location is inside a housing colony kind of area so in another way it is peaceful. There are 2 covered spaces dedicated for parking. By default they provided bath soap and shampoo along with the bath towel. A dental kit is also available in the ask.
