This hotel is well known for its luxury living style and nice and tasty food.|It is well designed & Many people come here for its tasty food. Restobar is classic & behaviour of staffs are very polite @ good Room Service. Ample parking area is another feature. I recommend this hotel with five star

We stayed there for 2 nights. Decent place to stay and worth the money. Attached with a restaurant too...with some decent food. Since the crowd was very less the restaurant seems to be empty always..! Front office and room service are excellent. They were very helpful and kind. We Stayed in standard AC room..which was good. Rooms and toilets are good and clean. Will be really good for a business trip. Since it is less crowded and less interactivity of ppl...this place always seems to be lonely one.

The room was very spacious, with a large wardrobe, comfortable beds, large flat screen tv, a desk, drawers, luggage rack, heater and a mini bar. The bathroom had a large shower, cupboard and plenty of different sized towels were provided. The wifi in the room was fast and never cut out.||||The breakfast was delicious with heaps of food choices. Some of the options were; bread, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, sliced meats, cheese, cereal, omelette and sausages. Drink options included fruit juice, tea and coffee.||||The staff were very friendly and very helpful in providing information about the city. The lobby also has a large selection of tourist information.||||I would definitely stay here again.

Nice and decent rooms for a business trip. Though not very centrally located still very close to the station - around 2 Kms. The restaurant is the only dampener as I didn't find the food very delicious. perhaps that explains the lack of customers at the restaurant. Overall a good one i would say

We booked an AC room. The room was very superb on entering itself. We liked it very much. It was spacious, neat & clean. Bathroom was also well maintained without any bad odour. There is a good restaurant and a mini bar. They offer many free amenities like newspaper, complimentary breakfast, Wifi access, coffee maker, some kits and many others. The sleep quality is excellent and the bed was so comfortable. Good stay for us. Rs.2500 for deluxe double room.

Second visit: Giving one star. Was the only guest there, still did not bother with showing any hospitality. Room rent was agreed upon phone but they increased it during checkout. Room was small this time. Did not bother with the complimentary breakfast.Will not visit again. Beware of the drunks running around. First visit: Unassuming. Car park is available but more or less 10 cars can be parked. Complimentary breakfast is available but did not try. Bar attached.

Very bad place .very expensive rates for food and room .room service is pathetic. We found cockroach in the room . food is also horrible. even we tried to conduct our seminars which they spoiled. They keep telling power fail and we had to stop our meetings for hours togther. Our guest all became upset. Also we tried to book our different seminars and the manager is a very rude guy.he is not there to help he is such a rude guy. He is not at all polite. Very arrogant man. Staffs are also no good. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Please don't go to this place and spoil your wonderful day. Felt really humiliated

I stay with my friend for 2 days. I am satisfied with the clean and calm environment of tge hotal.|Water and other needs are available with out any disappointment...|But the behaviour from the staff side is not very good. I adopted an ac room. The toilet was also clean. It is located near to themmala hw.. as a whole it is average best option.
