So we had a buffet dinner at the Hotel restaurant and we were offered many dishes both from veg and non veg . You have a plenty of options to choose according to your preference. The quality of these items were high but not up to the mark . Of course the sea food items were the best because of the proxy to the coastal area. They will charge around 700-800 per person .

We stayed here for two days. Very nice location, excellent beach/sea view from the hotel and ideal place for morning/evening walk/pleasure activities. We had breakfast and dinner for two days and enjoyed the food. So many breakfasts choices. Staffs were very courteous. We will visit again.

We recently celebrated our son's first birthday in desinganadu hall at beach orchid kollam and had a good experience. The decorations were good, the buffet was exceptional and the birthday cake was lovely. Overall it was exactly as how we imagined our son's first birthday would be. A big shout out to Nidheesh ( sales manager) for going the extra mile to help us organize the event perfectly, making it a memorable birthday!

Very disappointing and worst experience. I bookedvthe convention centre for a marriage engagement function with 300 pers food. But the buffet service was far from satisfaction. The person serving the food and non veg were very reluctant to serve adequate quantity even after repeatedly asked by the guests. Moreover during the peak time of food they wilfully delayed to fill up the empty containers of costlier items like fish curry etc. They just interested to take thw cost but reluctant to serve as per the menu agreed. First supply is ok but at the middle of food serving they wilfully left out all costliest food items. Need to improve drastically or other wise you will run out in the long run. Joykutty A

Disappointing Experience - Definitely Not 5-Star Worthy I'm not sure how this hotel managed to get a 5-star rating; it's barely worth 2 stars. The rooms are extremely outdated and weren't cleaned properly. We were provided with an old steel extra bed that had a very thin, uncomfortable mattress. The bed sheets and pillows were worn out and looked unpleasant. The staff seemed untrained, with the exception of one security staff member who was courteous. We paid 9,000 for 3 people, but honestly, it wasn't even worth 3,000. I strongly believe the positive reviews here are either paid for or written by friends and relatives of the hotel. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL! DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL! DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL!

The ambiance is so good. The view to the beach and sea is so nice. The rate of food is high quality is good but quantity is low. Monday to Friday there is happy hours we get 10% discounts on foods and beverages and 20% on alcohol.

Worst experience. We booked a cake for our wedding anniversary, but they switched off the ac for us and said the ac is under maintenance. But one staff from front desk said that the ac is working. We felt very uncomfortable and we cancelled the plan from having dinner there, so just after cutting the cake we left immediately. Worst experience and they didn't provide even a welcome drink. We don't recommend this worst hotel to anyone.
