Super OYO Collection O Narendra Regency

Room: spacious. Dirty pillows; bathroom drains towards the door which doesn't help; mosquitoes; no wifi. Service: horrible. Rude, very unhelpful, very unprofessional. Food: average taste. Good quantity. Parking: ample space, inconvenient location. Do not stay here.

Very good experience, the staff especially the uncle at the reception is very helpful and cooperative. Though I reached the property very late (as per locals time preferences & habits), still the guard and the uncle made my chk in super smooth...

Pathetic . As per booking charged 1800 for 1 day , complimentary breakfast available but they won't provide . Bathroom is dirty , water leakage and they won't clean buckets . They provided used bedsheet , while I complained the guy was rude . Nobody will be in reception at night and till 10am. If you want bill then you have to beg . Guys please don't go there .

I had a worst experience even from the security of the hotel, as he was not treating us like a guest. Also he was asking for an extra amount to allot the room which was already booked through OYO. If you have self respect please don't consider this even as your last option.

I booked the hotel for Rs 1260 through OYO. Once I reached they asked for additional 200 rupees to allocate the room. We approached the OYO to resolve the issue, but the hotel teams were not even attending the call from OYO team. worst experience from the hotel team and please don't consider this hotel as your options to stay.

Location is the worst thing about Narendra Regency Hotel is one of the well managed and well served hotel, but are not easily accessible. Narendra ave a good restaurant and banquet halls for reception and other board functions. They are very close to the very famous Punalur hanging bridge so any one planning to visit here can look for room at Narendra Also, they have a good BAR. Neatness, parking space, quality service are the main attraction

I wish to stay three days in Punalur. While I was going through the review I came to know that staffs are very rude and not friendly. Can anyone suggest any good hotels nearby this area.
