KM Residency SPOT ON

No wonder the Oyo has stopped down to such a low popularity. I my self returned back to Oyo reservation app after two years because of some worst experiences I had undergone earlier. This time I reserved two air conditioned rooms for four persons trough Oyo at at KM residency, punalur Kerala State and promptly paid up front in full. But when I reached there with ladies and childrens the old man who Runs the km residency at punalur simply refused to allow us to check in saying that only one non AC room was available when I showed him the reservation through Oyo app for two air conditioned rooms he simply said to talk to Oyo coustomer care again when I showed him the paid receipt from Oyo he said again to take refund from Oyo itself after some arguments he him self made a call to Oyo customer care and after speaking to them handed over the phone to me and told me to talk directly be so called Oyo customer care executive to either adjust with the old man are fined room some were else and he will initiate the refund from Oyo without any care for the waiting members of my family and disconnected finally the old man took 2000rs over and above the full advance amount I have paid and alloted one small ac room and another smaller non AC room we didn't have any other go but to abide to his demands as it was allready late for our engagement so both the Oyo people and the hotel greedy person combainedly looted my money without a care now I had decided again bitter fully never to engage any Oyo rooms and have uninstalled the Oyo app.
