Regant Lake Palace Hotel

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Twelve of us went there for lunch, and seven of us ended up suffering from a serious bacterial infection. We reached out to the management, but they showed no concern for our condition. Instead, they focused on defending themselves. We even connected them with our lawyer and provided hospital discharge papers and other medical records, but they still refused to offer proper customer support. I firmly believe that customer service should be a priority for any management. Despite our complaint, they didn't even refund the bill. We should have checked the Google reviews before going there, as there are so many negative ratings. We will never visit this place again, and we strongly discourage others from doing so as well

My recent stay at Regal Lake Palace Hotel was a huge disappointment. The room was dirty with stained carpets, and the bathroom was unhygienic with hair in the sink, a strong odor, and a leaking faucet and washbasin. To make matters worse, the handwash in the room was also leaking, and the washroom glass door was broken. The air conditioner wasn't working, making the room unbearably hot. The food at the hotel's restaurant was overpriced and tasted terrible, and the room service was late. The staff was unhelpful and often absent, and when we complained, they seemed dismissive and unapologetic. Given the high prices, we expected a much better experience, but the hotel failed to deliver on its promises. Overall, our stay was a nightmare, and I would not recommend Regal Lake Palace Hotel to anyone.

## Worst Hotel Experience Ever! I recently had the misfortune of staying at regal lake palace hotel and it was a complete disaster.we booked 4 rooms for two days The hotel's service was non-existent, and the rooms were dirty and unhygienic. The worst part was the lack of staff. There was nobody to clean the rooms, and we had to struggle to get basic amenities. The housekeeping staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took multiple requests to get even the most basic cleaning done. But the real kicker was the food. We ordered breakfast, and it arrived in the evening! It was clear that the hotel had no concept of timing or customer service. To make matters worse, the room's amenities were not working properly. The bathroom's flush wasn't working, which was unhygienic and inconvenient. The AC wasn't working, making the room unbearably hot. And to top it all off, the fridge in the room wasn't working either. The rooms were also poorly maintained, with stained carpets and dirty linens. The overall ambiance was gloomy and unwelcoming. *Avoid at all costs!*

It's an old 4 star hotel it's seems from exterior looks. But after entering the hotel reception we will feel like luxury. They good antique collections. Their bar and rooms were quite good. They have enough parking space also.

Right near the highway. Executive bar should be renovated to a better shape. The local bar is crowded.

Situated 10 km away from Kollam Railway station....providing complimentary breakfast... Staff is cooperative and so many antiques items are there... Veg food menu is limited but in see food and other non veg items good variety is there.....

this property had an excellent hospitality 2 years back. now experienced a worst service from front office team especially front office executive Mr. John. they didn't mention anything in the check in time. 2 years ago this hotel served breakfast at 7.30 am now Mr. John saying it's at 8.00 am. I paid 3500 for room. I stayed only 4 hours from the morning 3 o clock and they're saying mye in the evening that checkout was at 12.00 pm. now the management is not guest friendly. if it's going like this the business will go down
