Hotel Lake Palace

Took a room here to freshen up in the morning before attending a wedding.. Rooms are good. Staff are supportive. They helped pack the food in the evening before my night train travel. Overall very good!

The main building is located far away from the lake. Near to lake there is a building having four rooms are available. That property is located just close to the lake. A very beautiful ambience is there. We can conduct small parties and reception functions there and there. Restaurant also available in the property. Rooms are good neat and clean. The service is excellent.

Absolutely disgusted with this hotel and the fact it had taken a total of 4 memners of staff to take payment. They were trying their level best to get me to pay by UPI/ Cash and tried three card terminals until I asked why they don't know which machine accepts international cards. The manager even asked the staff if he should payment method as "card"? They are all incompetent. The restaurant did not have a single customer yet it took over 35 minutes to get them to pack a biriyani. This was not fresh biriyani nor did it taste or look like a biriyani. This was packed in a small takeaway container and for the price paid it was not much. This had old burnt chicken with over cooked rice flooded with raisins and cut lemon. They were clearly trying to cover up the fact that this was not a biriyani. Don't go here if you want good food as it's terrible and the staff are all too busy ignoring customers and extremely rude and incompetent even the manager! I think this is a bar more than anything else!

Stayed for a night found a place where you can find solace. A mesmerizing lake view from the balcony. A fresh walk around in the backyard. Well maintained pool and green and lush lawn make the place a great staycation away from the choatic city life.

Last two days we stayed at this hotel. The rooms are clean and big enough no doubt. The service at this place is pathetic. You have to literally go hunting for hotel staff for assistance or service. No extension numbers list provided in the room. No water provided to drink, facilities all are available in the fridge as well as the kettle to make coffee. Overall it's a good place to stay and spend the night. Talking about amenities, no swimming pool as photographs published. In the house they have restaurants and bars.

The rooms are good and have good atmosphere, overall it's good for travelers and for a short stay! The few things needs the management should take care of are the air-conditioning systems, which seems to be unserviced and they are not functioning properly. Similarly the bathrooms, the water from the taps seems like it's running out of water. And the shower is poorly installed or not maintained.

The interior work is awesome... Who has done the work?? Please give me his contact.i have visited there previous month.. The wood work of rooms and doors attracted me.. Could you please refer the contractor behind the work.
