Green Palace Residency

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Wagamon and staying at your hotel. Our cottage was quite comfortable, and the view from our room was truly magnificent. We also enjoyed the food and service. However, we did experience some minor issues with the heater.

I am giving three stars as stayed in 2nd floor. If u get the ground floor one then it ll be good with no walking n wifi coverage. If u get other floors then u need to walk the stairs, no lift and wifi coverage ll not be there. Rooms n food will be good.

Rooms and service ok but Tv, Kettle, shampoo not available. Car parking available. I am staying on May 4 & 5 but my room tv not working and no kettle. But hot water service in our room. This hotel placed in centre all tourist spots. Don't book online because offline price is less. Google pay or phone pe and other all online transaction not available. Climate hot.

WORST place to stay. Had the most worst experience here. I wouldn't recommend anyone this place. Unhygienic rooms, smells like cowdung. Service is so bad. Rate is very high compared to the service provided. Thank you

Service was very bad and not at all friendly. Food was below average. Bad attitude.Talking to customer with angry face... Serving food without smile.... As a customer I felt they are giving food as charity. It was pathetic experience. Me and my group (more than 50nos) got negative experience only. Hope their business is only making money with minimal services.

Rooms are fine but the pool water wasn't good(not clean), plus once we went out for a drive they gave our room to someone else to fresh up!!!

We recently visited wagamon and stayed at this hotel.we are ladies only but good interaction and response by managing people..We stayed at the cottage, it was decent. The view from the room was marvelous. Food and services are good too. Neet room and toilet. one more swimming pool required is an advice...otherwise overall good...
