Amaan Pool Villa Resort

We could not stay here so we cannot comment on the facilities , but our first impression of the place is bad . Had booked the pool villa well in advance for my family .We had mentioned its all ladies and 2 kids ( 8 guests) , hence wanted the check-in to be flawless. On the day of check-in , 2 hours before the actual check in time they called up and canceled the booking due to certain reasons regarding the pool/housekeeping. We are reasonable people and are aware such things happen. But it is not at all appreciated that you waited till the last minute to let us know that the facilities are not available . We had to struggle quite a bit making new stay arrangements at that point of time with kids onboard. Moving forward please do keep the communication very transparent and prompt , and please do not wait till the last minute to inform the guest. Thank you!!
