Great place to stay with family.Clean and tidy. Polite staff . Receptionist was helpful even at late nights .

This is my review only on the Restaurant. Lunch was nice, but my experience for Dinner is quite the OPPOSITE. Chappathi was dry and served in just one minute that too dry. They don't prepare fresh. The Peas curry was only peas and nothing else. Imagine if you were served 500 grams of peas mixed with some Onion. I aborted having further and ordered for an Onion Uthappam, hoping that it's Kerala's identity that will be prepared well. But I was again too quick to expect. DISASTER is the softest word. No Oil at all. It was like a pre-made like a Pizza base with one Kilo of Onion as topping with some Carrot. Had I known this, I could have had some sponge cake from a local bakery for a one tenth price and Ten times tastier. I came to know later that except Meals, rest are very bad. If the Owner is reading this, take it as my feedback if you are interested to improve your restaurant's quality.

Good outers. Decently clean room. Service is average probably because of Covid restrictions on staffing. For 900 Rs / night, it is a bit expensive. Other options available nearby with lower rates.

Excellent service and wonderful staff We stayed in Hotel Venu's Grand Inn for 3 nights. Reception staffs were very helpful and polite. They helped me to arrange for sight seeing and provided me lots of information about local people and culture. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel location is very good and peace. Will visit again in the future if we get a chance to visit kodungallur. Highly recommendable.

They lied that hot water will come in the morning 7.00am. If seen in the morning There is no hotwater supply . If we ask reception guy any things, they will tell us no , no .

Stayed here for around 85 days. Mr. Robin, the owner was helpful and friendly. Room are neat and tidy, cleaned everyday or on request.
