Poover Room no TV no neatness bad service

This is a guest house within a block of flats and mine was a one bed room flat. |The office is on another block of flats on same road.|This is off the main Kodungallur-Guruvayur Highway 66, on a narrow road|Currently highway road work in progress, so access to this road is tight and dusty|Roadside car parking possible for 1-2 cars|There are several similar GHs on that road, operating under diff names|No hot water in my room, but since it was early summer, it didnt matter|They offer a towel and a mini-soap|There is no good food joints - a few local restaurants are in 50-100m distance|Bedsheet had hole, AC was good, No TV, Leaking shower/taps in bath|The best advantage is, it is 150m from town pvt bus stand, and hence well connected|Best for solo and no frills travellers, who dont have any service or standards expectations

First of all this place is managed by Anoop - the owner, who is a very charming and helpful person. He waited for me and my friends to welcome us although we were very late. The room he offered to us was large, nicely furnished (there was even a fridge and a smal kitchen) and very, very clean with probably the fastest free WiFi we encountered in India. We had a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend that place to all travelers.

The rooms are very well equipped, especially at the rates it offers online! I booke a room for 3 persons... The room was spacious, there was a decently large refrigerator, a gas stove with connection, plates, glasses, a sink, TV, clean bathrooms,etc. What else does one need more! I am quite satisfied with their service towards customers.

It's an economy accommodation facility.. rooms are clean and furnished with king size bed, sofa, TV, table, fridge, gas and kitchen equipments at apartments.. parking available at hotel and we can park road side also.. staffs are friendly and well behaved..it's just 100 meter away from NH 66 at Kodungallur town and 45 KM to Kochin.

Rooms are very small, there was constantly noise of the street traffic, so I had to close the windows and put the fan on. Although I never sleep with fan on. If u are not afraid of Miskitos, u can stay here. I killed about 10 of then during the night. My sleep was not so good because of moskito bites. Otherwise the room is good for value.
