Seashore Residency

Our stay was deeply frustrating due to the very poor room service. It took over two hours for food to be delivered, leaving my two-year-old son hungry and uncomfortable despite making multiple calls. The staff were unresponsive, especially when trying to place a breakfast order -- calls went unanswered and there was no follow-up. On top of that, they charge even for basic water bottles, and not at reasonable rates. For the price we paid, the service was far below expectations -- even a standard 3-star hotel offers much better hospitality. Not worth the money, and I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone.

I recently attended an award function hosted at this hotel, and the experience was absolutely appalling. The service was completely unacceptable from the moment I arrived. The food served was of extremely poor quality -- far below what any professional establishment should offer. To make matters worse, the staff were consistently rude and dismissive. Any request for assistance was met with either indifference or outright unprofessional behavior. As an invited guest, I felt completely embarrassed not only for myself but also for those I had recommended this hotel to. The lack of basic hospitality and respect shown to guests was shocking. It was humiliating to be treated in such a manner during what should have been a celebratory occasion. The service provided here does not even meet the minimum standards expected of any star hotel. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise the public never to host any event at this hotel. They do not respect their guests, and they do not deliver even the basics of quality service. This hotel has severely damaged its reputation, and unless there is a complete overhaul of management and service standards, it cannot be trusted for any professional or private function. I demand that I be connected with the hotel management immediately to discuss this matter further.

Went there for a work related meeting. It was at the Emerald hall. Quite good, small but spacious hall. Excellent seating with neat and tidy was areas. Even they had great interiors Overall a good experience

Had lunch with the family and also celebrated my son's first birthday a few days later in one of the halls. It was all well organised. Food was great and the staff even placed a cot next to our table for my son to sleep in. Top service.

The quality and freshness of the food were exceptional, and the staff ensured prompt and friendly service. The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning - it's conveniently situated yet offers a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle. The free Wi-Fi and ample parking facilities were added bonuses that made my stay even more convenient. Overall, my stay at Seashore Residency was nothing short of wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Kodungallur. I can't wait to return!

The food was really good. They have nice and quiet ambience. The staff is also well behaved. Overall our experience was great and it is one of our favourite spots in Kodungallur.

Nice place to stay. Rooms are good and comfortable. Restaurant is good and have good selection of tasty food, both in Veg and Non Veg.

It's a pleasant hotel to stay with good beaches only few minutes drive away. Daniel, Shailaja and Cinderalla and another lady (I can't remember the name, her son is in Ireland), had great smile in their face, willing to help and engage in lively conversations. I reduced one star because there is no designated smoking area and I was told by the security not to sit in a area where there was an ash tray which was bit annoying, if not for this I would have given 5 star. Rooms were clean and food was good. Overall a good experience.
