Very well maintained hotel, clean rooms and very good location. Kind and helpful staff especially Mr. Salish. There is a bar inside so keep that in mind.

The service was excellent, with the staff being attentive and accommodating to all our needs. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the stay very pleasant. Located close to the Famous Kodungallur Bhagavathy Temple - there are some more ancient temples nearby. Rates are reasonable - Good value for money.

Hotel rooms are very clean and like new. Hotel staff are very courteous and helpful. Ask to show rooms before you check-in and they will happily help with that and you can choose. The room has a small refrigerator. There are small eateries around the hotel. Expensive but very hygienic and the best restaurant nearby is Saffron restaurant inside Seashore Residency Hotel. Park residency is very very close to the Government and Private Bus Stations.

By local standards this is a very good hotel. The rooms are small, but clean and the bathroom is particularly spacious and spotless. Breakfast is simple, but delicious local authentic Kerala food. Most 4-star restaurants in Kerala exist because the local rules state you can only run a lucrative bar if it is part of a 4-star (or above) hotel. Naturally we were apprehensive about noise and behaviour in the evening. But we needn't have worried. The rooms were quiet, and staff helpful.
