Disappointing Service Food took too long to arrive, and the staff was indifferent to the delay. Poor hospitality and slow service made the experience frustrating. Not recommended. Ambience is good in this location

The best hotel I've stayed at so far has outstanding food. The staff are amazingly friendly and exemplify the finest hospitality. The bar lounge is the best in the city. The executive chef is truly amazing.

You can't find a better hotel in the vicinity. The cleanliness, architecture, spaciousness, ambience, food, professionalism, room service and everything else was absolutely top notch! We booked pretty much the entire hotel for my sister's wedding for 4 days and were completely satisfied with our decision. Everything was professionally managed by the staff. Special mention to Mr. Rakesh for coordinating with us on behalf of the hotel and for taking care of all the guests as their own family. Best wishes to the hotel staff and owners for the future!

Stayed at JJ Castle for two days. Very welcoming, polite staff, most of them were girls. Clean and spacious rooms(executive). It is near to the Kondungallur Amma temple, located at the north nada. Ample parking space available. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
