XAVIER'S HERITAGE RESORT

Awesome place for familys and friends to gather. Beautiful heritage rooms with tasty food. And their service was just marvelous especially from the side of reception and the male staff (nihas) mentioning his name because of his atmost satisfying service and caring for the team...and the overall staff were good. This place has a beautiful lawn area where the sun sets could be visible in its beauty. Overall a total good experience from the side of management and staffs.

We had a great experience at Methanam Restaurant, part of Xavier's Heritage Resort in Kumbalangi. The food was delicious, especially the seafood -- fresh and full of flavor. The service was also very good, making the whole dining experience enjoyable. Definitely worth a visit!

A peaceful retreat nestled within Kochi city, overlooking the serene backwaters. The rooms are well-maintained, the service is excellent, and the food is delicious. Overall, a perfect spot for a weekend getaway with friends and family.

I stayed in first floor here Rooms are with wooden floor and having a heritage vibe. Not a very luxurious hotel but justified the price. The restaurant food and service was good. Only con is some insects and mosquitoes.

In the bar they are using bathroom water for drinking for drunkers. So many peoples senting vedio and i see the correct view they are storing water. And the ac is not working in ac bar. They telling it is ac bar and we didn't get any cooling in ac bar. And ac bar bathroom flush is not working. I think they have no maintance staff in this hotel otherwise the maintance guy is a bulshit guy

Food is below par Pool maintenance is poor The staff and the service provided is good,they were polite ,well mannered Overall if you are looking for a resort which is calm with a background of the kayal ,then you can definitely consider if you dont mind the distance from kochi/fort kochi..

BAD GUEST SERVICE ||||||Very bad experience from this guys especially the lady (name is not mentioning) in front office or in the Guest relations..I was done a enquiry (25 pax of a group ) for a particular date I have done a booking and it was almost confirmed by them also and for advance payment I suggest them before a week I will make the advance payment and they agreed with that..To make a 2nd confirmation just made a call and then the drama begins there is no booking at that date someone has booked with advance payment so that we have given confirmation to them...This is word I have heard from that lady,,is this kind service you guyss providing to the guest then what is the meaning of Guest Service.. After all for a way of good manner she could have make a call to me before taking advance payment form them....2-3 years iam working in this travel and hospitality field as a travel agent I never faced this kind of worst service....Iam writing this review to make a awareness to the management to seek this kind of services that is made by your staff, For a B2C customer it's is happening then what about B2B customer !!!||||||With ||Regards ||Levin Xavier ||Travel agent

We stayed there for a family trip, it was a memorable stay for us as the hospitality was excellent and the staff were very friendly and co-operative. The rooms were clean and neat. They have one suite room and six deluxe rooms. The food was delicious for the lunch and you must try chicken curry and curd rice. Breakfast was also good with enough options. The kitchen will be closed by 10pm, so it's better to get the food before that.
