I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms are very neat and clean, with a modern setup and a good working AC. The complimentary water bottle is a nice touch. One of the biggest advantages is the high-speed internet, which remains stable even during power outages, making it an excellent choice for those working remotely. The smart TV is also a plus, and doorstep food delivery adds to the convenience. However, there are some drawbacks. The biggest issue is the lack of an elevator, which makes climbing the stairs a bit difficult, especially for elderly guests or those with heavy luggage. The 1200-rupee room felt a little congested and did not match the images provided online. Another major issue was the foul smell from the bathroom, likely due to drainage pipes, which spread into the room every time the door was opened--this was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the rooms are closely placed next to each other, so if you're traveling with friends, you need to keep your voices low to avoid disturbing others. Parking space is average, but manageable. Overall, it's a decent stay for short trips, especially if you need good internet and basic amenities. However, the hotel could improve by addressing the bathroom odor and being more transparent about room sizes in their listings.

Excellent property for business travel. Neat and clean rooms. The staffs were well behaved and ready for any help. Since it's a new property everything seems to be new and fresh. I will definitely recommend this to all the professional and personal stays.
