Uptown Inn Budget Rooms

Had a stay at this hotel for 3 days. Clean rooms and toilets with hot water facility. But no tea bags, kettle in the room, as an extra .. one bath towel with soap and two glasses are provided. staff are friendly. But no daily cleaning done to change bedsheets, or cleaning the rooms. Maybe you need to request for that service. The only issue is with the parking, maximum of 2-3 cars can park at a time. There is work going for underground parking and front lobby. When that will be ready, it will the best choice for travelers. CUSAT metro station, 24Hrs clinic, medical stores are there, but no good restaurants nearby, you need to walk a bit. Overall nice stay.. Overall, a good choice for normal travelers

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The standout feature is definitely the friendly and accommodating staff who went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location is also a big plus--it's within walking distance to the CUSAT metro station, making travel around the city very convenient. However, the limited parking was a drawback. There's space for only two or three cars, and even then, parking is restricted to the roadside, which can be a bit inconvenient. If you're traveling without a car, this won't be an issue, but drivers may want to consider this aspect. All in all, it's a good choice for its hospitality and location, especially for those relying on metro transit.

The hotel's ambiance was beautiful and inviting. The decor was well-maintained, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. However, the service was not up to the mark. The staff was not very responsive and In particular, the sneek peek staff was disappointing. They did not respect guests' privacy and often entered the rooms without permission. This made the guests feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this newly opened hotel rooms and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel's location is excellent, especially for those visiting the Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), Lulu Mall ,or any other nearby attractions in Ernakulam. It's conveniently situated, making it easy to access from the CUSAT junction and the Kochi Metro. They have a friendly and attentive staff who made the check-in process swift and hassle-free. They were also readily available throughout my stay to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. The hotel's affordability is another plus point, making it an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers. It offers great value for money without compromising on comfort or service quality.

A very nice place for stay. It's near to CUSAT. CUSAT metro station is near, just need a 2 min walk. The parking facility is good. Highly neat environment.
