Any Trident property in India, will never disappoint you! Be it Mumbai or Bhubaneswar or Kochi or Chennai, the overall services will definitely leave a lasting impression! ||||We were originally here for 1 night but ended up staying for 3! Too bad this property was taken over by the Fern group and we were a month before the complete transition! ||||The location is ideal with good connectivity options to the city centre! ||||The rooms are comfortable & clean & cozy offering a decent view of the pool! The bathrooms are clean with premium amenities.||||The buffet was good and so was the quality, food options were plenty! ||||The staff was friendly, courteous & professional! Special mention to the following:||Ayan,||Sahil,||Sinan,||Arun,||Faiz,||Alphin,||Ajeet,||Milan,||Rami,||Arun & the wonderful chefs!||The housekeeping did a splendid job.||||Regards to the entire hardworking staff & the workforce!||||Keep up the good work!||||Best wishes

Hotel ISN'T TRIDENT, it's Fern ecotel. Nothing here is of trident quality. From check in itself, one can feel the drop in quality of everything from staff training, furniture in the lobby, etc. it's a very old property with old rooms and amenities. Bedding was completely worn out but still clean. The corridor carpet, doors, etc are so old and discolored now. I got overcharged booking under trident, instead of fern. The management did offer complimentary breakfast for this, but couldn't address why I was overcharged for a substandard hotel. The pool area and garden is good, that's the only positive about this place. Won't recommend unless rooms are completely re done. Location doesn't have much nearby. Fort kochi is 25 mins drive and city side is 20.

My husband and I completed our trip to India staying here at the Fern Resort. (Recently purchased from The Trident). Overall this is an incredible property with luxurious surroundings from the lobby to the pool area. Beautiful plants and well maintained gardens and fish ponds! A feast for the eyes!! But what is most notable about this resort is the hotel staff ready and eager to attend to your every need. Definitely worth a stay at this gem!!

This does not seem like a 5 star hotel at all. The rooms are old and have not been renovated or refurbished in recent history. The breakfast buffet was average at best though the staff is helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is good but that's about it.

I had the pleasure of staying at [Hotel Name], and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality. The lobby was bright, clean, and inviting, setting a great tone for the entire stay.

As a business traveller or even as family, i will not suggest this place untill they improve the following. First of all its not trident anymore and services offered are like below 3 star. Room service horrible. i asked filter coffee but they gave machine coffee for 300 rupees. Restroom was little congested but good thing it had all toileteries from biotique Morning breakfast we went at 9am and all items were empty and not refreshed at all. Service seems very poor there when we again asked filter coffee, they bought a coffee without any heat in it like normal water. I had stomach upset eating their half cooked dosa. Power went on and off for more than 20 times and everything gets switched off that time and it takes 3 minutes minimum to get on. Location looks very remote and nothing accessible. Cabs need to go 5km to take a turn due to railway track not used on the road. overall they charged nearly 9k for one night stay and it didnt look justified for the amount it was charged. it should be max 5k.

This hotel has recently changed owners and when we stayed for one night before travelling to the airport, the bar wasnt even open as they apparently hadn't secured a liquor licence. It's definitely no where near a 5* hotel, more like 3*|Extremely slow checking us in and waited a while for our suitcases to arrive in our room| We phoned the reception for the WiFi code and no one answered the phone!|Food was ok but nowhere near as good as a lot of the other hotels we stayed in, some of which were 3* & 4*.|Maybe look for an alternative hotel in this area.
