Good staff, great rooms and nice location, though a little tight for large vehicles. It's close to the fort kochi, walkable distance from the beach. The staff here was very helpful. They do serve breakfast but not that many options. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Overall a decent experience of stay.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I must say that the behavior of the staff was absolutely appalling,the worst part was the way the staff spoke to me. One of the staff members, in particular, was extremely rude and condescending. I was taken aback by his tone and language, and I felt completely disrespected. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with a certain level of respect and courtesy, which was clearly not the case here. The hotel itself was not bad, but the behavior of the staff completely ruined my experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would definitely not stay here again. *Pros:* None *Cons:* Rude and unhelpful staff, poor customer service *Tips for the hotel:* Provide training to your staff on basic customer servic e skills, such as respect, courtesy, and communication. It's not too much to ask for a smile and a kind word, especially when dealing with paying customers.

We stayed for almost 4 days here at Reno anchor inn at fort Kochi, the location of the place is great and the rooms are clean and well! Maintained! The staff is super friendly and nice! It's a great place for family to stay! I recommend that you book this place next time when you visit fort Kochi!

It's a bunglow with 2 room on ground floor and 2 upstairs. Location is good if are planning to stay in kochi fort area. Spacious and clean rooms. Washrooms are very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit cramped incase of you have a big car. Can park only for 2 hatchback almost. Breakfast timing can be earlier as it only starts at 8.30 Am.

Very good budget friendly hotel to stay in the Kochi Beach area. Abhilash manages customer requirements in the best possible way. They do have a complimentary breakfast and it's very good. You can ask for any changes if needed. The support staff is also very prompt and the property is well managed. Abhilash even ensured that the rental vehicle which I had taken was delivered to the bike rental.

Best accomodation in Kochi Fort. This hotel itself a walk through heritage. Rooms are cozy & very comfortable. Service is also good. We stayed two nights with elders & small baby and it was absolute blissful. Kochi fort beach is also about 200 meter walking & the manager helped us to arrange an auto for local tour which was also good. Keep up the good service.

We had a generally fine stay, but there were a few snags that are inevitably affecting the review score. Our room was very well-appointed and clean, but we rarely had hot water. Also, no matter how many mosquitos we killed and the fact that we kept doors and windows closed at all times, there were always more to feast on us at night. The lack of a waste bin in the bathroom was a little inconvenient. Breakfast is served on one large table, so we always had to wait for other guests to eat before us. Funnily enough, even if we showed up before anyone else, we were still made to eat after the other guests, which slowed the beginning of our day. Food-wise it was a fine breakfast. The location was ok, but we wished we had been closer to the main amenities. The staff was absolutely lovely.

Stuffs are very cooperative . Location is very good . Breakfast was excellent . But the room was not well ventilated and well illuminated .
