The WAVES by the Beach Inn

I had a very disappointing experience at The WAVES by the Beach Inn in Kochi. The room rate was extremely high at 1600, but the quality was nowhere near what one would expect for that price. The room was poorly maintained, unclean, and untidy. It felt neglected and not ready to welcome guests. To make things worse, the air conditioner wasn't working, which made the stay even more uncomfortable given the humid Kochi weather. When I tried to get help from the staff, I was shocked by their rude and unprofessional behavior. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality or customer care. It felt like they just didn't care about the guest experience at all. Overall, this was one of the worst homestays I've ever been to. I strongly do not recommend The WAVES by the Beach Inn to anyone. There are far better options in Kochi for the same or even lower price, with much better service and cleanliness. Avoid this place.

I spent one week at The Waves By The Beach, and I had a good time there. The staff was very friendly, patient and helpful, the position was perfect, and my room was comfortable and quiet. Consider that there might be dogs in the night, so remember to ask the staff for a quiet room (my boyfriend, who was in a different room, had a different experience). In general I recommend this place to people who want to visit Fort Kochi without wasting too much money and time, and yet being in a comfortable place.

Though not directly on the beach, the homestay is conveniently located just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the scenic coastline and all the charm that Fort Kochi has to offer The rooms were clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and met all my needs. The hosts were exceptionally warm and hospitable, always ready to share local tips on sightseeing and dining. Their kindness and attention to detail made the stay even more special. I highly recommend The Waves by the Beach Inn for anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable and stay in Fort Kochi. I had a memorable experience and would gladly stay here again!

I put all the five star because of their character and all . It's a good place to stay with your family ,friends and couples . It's a best location near to fort kochi Thank you the waves by the beach inn.

It's a warmll welcome and great hospital from the staffs.Location was also very good I definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends and unknown human beings .

Stay was amazing, we love it, not remembering the name of the receptionist who took our checked in and checkout he was sweet and polite , but stay could be more better if there is a small restaurant in the premises.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the large windows let in plenty of natural light. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped with modern fittings.
