Very poor service and unsatisfaction rude manner towards customers. You have to take more permission to use toilet and even sofa in waiting area........ worst area in this beautiful city. Reply for owner : we selected room for dress change. And already payed what they asked for that. If u can't provide atleast a seating and basic toilet facilities just close the main door and stay inside there. That's better. Or atleast behave in good manner toward payed guests.

Best place to stay at great price. Being placed at Vasco da gama square, everything like auto stand, restraurant, beach and many other attractions are at walking distances. Jetty is also not so far from here. The person in charge is very helpful. 24x7 availability of this stay is also very convenient.

Great location, well mannered staff and good for solo girl travellers.

The biggest plus ping of this house is its location.. you can cover almost all of the main visiting places of Kochi by walk! Facilities and service are very basic. I paid about 2400 for the room with balcony and including breakfast. Considering the price, service could have been better.

Had a stay for about a week here. Pretty good place to stay as it's very close to all the amenities and attractions of Fort kochi. You'll get all the things in around 500m to 1km. The owner uncle was very kind to all of us. Had an amazing days and memories there. The only demerit I felt is that couple of rooms are very much congested and may feel too hot without A/C.Other than that It's good place in budget

One of the best place for accomidation. Very secure and well maintained place if u are solo traveller/ladies only Travellers.. The owner uncle is very humble and guides u correctly. We got the premium balcony AC room . Its very near to the cafes and the wonderful streets of kochi. Just 2mins walk to beach and a 5min walk to jetty .

Great location, 2 mun from fishing nets and park lot if restaurants nearby. Parking can be done around the area. Great host, he was able to help us out with our needs. Reserve directly by calling for best price
