The mismanagement is beyond words. They demanded extra money despite paying the entire amount via a booking app like oyo.(of course ,we had to pay it,since the money wasn't refundable). The owner acted smart and kept someone in the reception who wouldn't understand the idea of online booking and payment despite explaining. So he has no option than to obey the owner. Rooms do not have even basic toiletries or towels , glasses or water.They just put together a bed ,table and chair and gave up the room for rent. Haven't had such horrible experience ever. Very disappointed.

Small room with no ventilation and windows open to the corridor. Anyone can reach the table and mobile charger since the only electric plug is located by the door and windows. The bathroom is very untidy and unhygienic. It doesn't have proper plumbing and shower heads. The lock is a padlock if you haven't noticed it from the pictures. The bedding is not provided and seems like being overused for many customers without washing. Due to poor service, I only recommend it for charging your phone.

Good 3 star hotel. Good service and fits in budget. Very close to temple. Excellent service. Polite behavior by owner and staff.

Very very worst service & beahviour of hotel owner & Staff.Asked me extra amount above the Oyo rate .1st time I'm facing this from Oyo Booking . Complaint raised to the Oyo team but I didn't get any resolution

Verry bad service and verry dirty rooms.they are asking for extra charge for water and electricity. And the owner of the hotel is very bad behaviour

I stayed here for one night worst service and room the bedsheet and bed were dirty also no hot water for some rooms

Very bad behaviour from the reception two stupid Bengalis is there
