We had a great experience here with family for Sunday brunch. The seafood counters were the highlight, offering a fresh and flavorful variety that made the brunch stand out. It's a perfect spot for seafood lovers looking for a unique dining experience. Kids will love the caricature and face painting booth. While the overall ambiance was enjoyable, the outdoor area could use some improvements. The space offers activities like pool kayaking and fishing, which add to the charm, but there are no shaded areas for those who want to relax, read a book, or simply take a break from the sun. Having some shaded seating would make the outdoor experience much more comfortable. That said, we'll surely visit again whenever we're in the mood for great seafood!

One of the best hotels to stay when you visit kochi. The room has a very nice ambience and the staff service is on another level. The staffs explained us about the amenities , nearby attractions and the services they provide. The morning buffet was very tasty and delightful. What I can see in this hotel is that all the staffs are well skilled

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my vacation.. The staffs was incredibly supportive, they were always there to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hospitality, cleanliness, and overall ambiance made my vaccation even more special. Highly recommended.

We recently hosted our annual meeting at this resort. The service was commendable, and the boardroom was well-equipped, clean, and ideal for a professional setting. The staff was supportive and ensured smooth coordination throughout. However, the food was disappointing. Except for the starter soup, most dishes lacked basic seasoning, particularly salt, which affected the overall dining experience. While the venue is well-suited for meetings, the food quality needs significant improvement

We went as a large|Group for a family wedding. Andrew the manager was just amazing. All staff were accommodating and happy to organise whatever we required. We just had to message and it would be done. The banqueting halls were comfortable for the pre wedding events and staff waiting hand and foot.|The receptions were helpful with lovely smiles. Vegetarian food was delicious and they made it without onions and garlic. Breakfast was good too. Food was little too spicy for my taste so need to ask them to tine it down.|Andrew specially organised fireworks for us on New Year's Eve. |A huge thank you to the whole team!

I stayed 28 days at this resort and the experience of my stay was very positive. All the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The service was excellent and accommodation was clean. ||When I arrived the reception staff Azna, Navya and Drissya made me very welcome. There was a very relaxing atmosphere and they made sure I had everything after my long and tiring journey. Vishu made sure my luggage was in my room before I got there and also brought in the additional items I had requested from the resort.||Every morning I looked forward to breakfast. The staff were always smiling and provided a good service. Good selection of items and freshly cooked . The Captain and Moshumi looked after me and were very helpful with my specific diet needs. ||Excellent service from house keeping. Sooriuj and Abhishek were very helpful and made sure my room was cleaned daily and appropriate toiletries available. ||As a solo female traveller safety and security is very important to me. This resort has very good security and I felt safe with the level of monitoring in place. ||There is always room for improvement and the resort needs to improve on their WiFi system. The other area is to have information on tours and travel for tourist.||A heartfelt thank you to Navya, Azna and Drissya for their support and guidance. I would definitely return to this resort.

I recently stayed at Rustic Leisures Kochi and I must say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is well-maintained, offering clean and comfortable rooms with all the decent necessary amenities. The ambiance was welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing stay.
