The place is amazing, located along a peaceful river. All the rooms have AC and are very clean, there are plenty of sofas and chairs to hang out and relax in. The food is homemade and the best we had in India, huge family sized portions!

One of the best choices made for staying during our Kochi trip. The place is calm and has an amazing view. The rooms are all very spacious with all the basic amenities provided. It also has a deck to sit & relax while watching the picturesque backwaters as well as occasional net fishing. The staff is very friendly, helpful and they take care of you in the best possible way whether it's their excellent cooked food or just the overall hospitality. A highly recommended place for anyone planning their trip to Kochi.

The resort was luxurious , neat and clean..it was 4 bhk villa near by river view, atmosphere was clam and maintenance was excellent . Home amenities was good , filled with complete home appliances . Me and family was thoroughly enjoyed the vacation by staying in the resort . Staffs were polite and friendly .. good place to go and enjoy with family & friends.. Suggestion to add in the resort : 1. Play area for kids 2. Camp fire area missing Overall we can give 5 star rating to the resort and atmosphere. Kudos

Best location best stay best value for money. The place is awesome and well maintenance. They have caretakers who does cooking very well as per our taste. They have kayaking it was surprise and it's free. The best place to spend time with family and friends. The only drawback that i would say is that the climate which is very humid at summer, but once in the house they coolers to chill you down.

Awesome customer service / hospitality. The staffs are very polite. Pleasing approach from owners and managers ( especially the person Gilson who is the project engineer). The fun activities, cycling, food everything is marvellous. Highly recommended to everyone
