Presidency Artotel Fort Kochi

This was the perfect stay in Kochi. It's situated right in the centre of the two most interesting spots in a quiet street. The manager Mathew went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, helping us book tours, providing supplies and in the end making sure we got to our train on time. We can't thank him enough. Overall I highly recommend this spot! It's also beautiful with water feature and a swimming pool to cool off. My only comment for the light sleepers is it's quite close to a mosque with an early morning call to prayer, so prepare for early alarm or pack some good ear plugs if you want a lie in. Thanks for a great stay! X

Absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The grounds itself are an old 18th Century repurposed building with beautiful murals painted throughout. I also cannot speak highly enough about Matthew and his staff, the highlight of the establishment. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay while I was here and helped me out with whatever questions and inquiries I had throughout my stay: my favorite location to stay throughout my 3 week holiday in Kerala.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Fort Kochi! The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-ventilated, making it a truly comfortable experience. The property is well-maintained, and the staff's attention to detail was impressive. From the manager to the housekeeping staff, security, and service personnel, everyone ensured our stay was exceptional. Special mention to Adhil Krishna, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. His efforts and dedication truly stood out. The security staff and other service personnel were equally helpful, and the politeness of the entire team was remarkable. The breakfast served was delicious and a great way to start the day. The hotel's location is a big plus, as it's within walking distance of all major Fort Kochi attractions. It was the perfect spot for a friends' meetup, as our group of five had a memorable time here. Having stayed at other hotels and resorts in the area, I can confidently say this one offers great value for money without compromising on quality or service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Fort Kochi!

The hotel was amazing. The service was exceptional, shoutout to manager Mr. Kiran Mathew, and staff Aravind and Nishad. If my family and I ever needed anything, the three of them would jump in to help us in whatever way they can. The room was amazing! My family and I came from halfway across the world from San Francisco. My daughter said, "This was the best I've slept since I've come here!". Indeed the bed was very comfortable. The room was also very tidy and spacious. The location was perfect with the famous Seagull restaurant across the street and most attractions nearby. I also loved the ambient and cozy decor of the house, the outdoor pond with fish also added a nice touch. They also did many things beyond the hotel. Mr. Mathew arranged a local guide to show us around Fort Kochi. The guide was amazing and so was the tour, which would not have been possible if it weren't for the amazing staff. If you are planning to go to Fort Kochi, this hotel is the place to go!

Nice Hotel within footwalk distance to all the sights in Fort Cochin. Super friendly and helpful owner and staff, small but fine pool and large clean rooms. Great value for money
