Bathroom lock not working, no AC, dirty pool and they will charge additional charges for pool

Terrible place. Do not trust the photos the owner/website shows you, they were probably taken years ago when it was new. Rooms may be cheap, so if the place sounds too good to be true, it is. No maintenance, no basic facilities, and you have to ask for every little thing (and the staff will get irritated for asking what they should have provided already). Broken furniture, no locks on doors, and dirty bathrooms. Place is full of insects, walls damp with seepage (which caused some of us throat infection), and the overall vibe is not good. Does not feel comfortable or safe. You can find other places in the locale much better than this. If you still book this place though, (I assume you are super desperate with no place else to go) good luck!

We had it for a boy's night out and we were on a budget. Rooms and washrooms not so much on the clean side. Big room with AC, cools the room and keeps it that way untill it is switched off. TV was not working (did not bother us). For the price it was offered, the facilities were okay. PS. The property has a pool, did not use it, so cannot review.

Very Worst Experience, A bhiar boy was the manager as well as staff. Mostly he was drunken. The rooms are not clean. Rats and Cockroach play in the room. No proper response or service. Don't get trapped by seeing the Google photos. The hotel is not like that anymore. We paid 2500 for room and 1000 for swimming pool. Swimming pool is nothing but a ditch. We can't even bath there. greenish dirty water. The bihari boy asked us to buy him drinks and ask for our bike for this use. Very worst experience " DON'T GO THERE"

Unhyginic Kitchen. A/C not working. Full of Mosquitos

I had the worst possible experience staying at this place. If I had an option to give no star I would do that. And here are some of the things I experienced during my stay : 1) we were not given the rooms that we had pre booked weeks ago. We were told that some other people were staying there. 2 ) the sheets were really disgusting with all kinds of stains and marks and the blankets were crusty . 3)There were so many pests , this place has a cockroach infestation. 4) the rooms had tabacco spit stains on the walls and in the washrooms.There were no attempts at cleaning anything. 5) the employees were extremely rude, we just asked for a sheet change and the employee told us "you are not here for a long time so just stop annoying me and keep quiet ". This made us feel very unsafe. 6) some of the furniture were broken . 7) there were noises in the night and a lot of drunken people .At one point there was a huge shouting fight. 8)the owner of this establishment kept bothering us for no reason at all , made us all feel unsafe. 9) we wanted to leave but they would not give us a refund . 10) there was fungus on the walls . This was truly disappointing. Please don't not book a room in this place, there are plenty of good places to stay for cheap in fort kochi.

25-January-2023 06:00pm to 26-January-2023 12:00pm experience. I didn't prebook the hotel, directly walked in and enquired for a room for a family with 4 adults and 1 toddler. The reception person said there are no rooms, and rooms are sold at high price due to the huge demand and no nearby hotels as well. Everything is overbooked but there is 1 room but you need to pay 2500rs. I visited the room and it was under renovation, still it was urgent we said ok and booked the room for 2500rs for a night. 1. Room was not at all cleaned. 2. The complete room was filled with a smoke smell. 3. The bathroom door doesn't have a proper lock. For money they should not have provided room to us. Hence written a genuine review with the experience I got. Thank you!

If you are looking for a one day stay in an upscale place with pool services, then this is your place. Excellent room service and staff behaviour. Budget accommodations at reasonable price. Pool have hourly charges which is separate to room charges. Mosquitoes are a problem here, but with precautions, it's totally fine. The place is near to town but off crowds and traffic. Peaceful place.
