I had a very pleasant stay at Napier Heritage in Fort Kochi. The property has a charming vibe and is well-maintained. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The location is great--peaceful yet close to all the main spots in Fort Kochi. What really stood out was the staff--very friendly and always ready to help. Overall, a lovely experience and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The pool was the highlight--crystal clear water, a relaxing atmosphere, and the perfect spot to unwind. We loved the location, pool and the rooms. Great value for money. The staff were really friendly which was great. The only recommendation would be for some more sun loungers and for the shower room by the pool to be cleaner but other than that, everything was great, would definitely stay here again!

Napier Heritage Hotel - Comfort, Charm, and Heritage in Fort Kochi Me and my travel partner stayed three nights at the Napier Heritage Hotel in Fort Kochi and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. This mid-sized hotel, with 16 rooms in a beautifully restored historical building, recently reopened, and the updates are clear in the modern bathrooms and refreshed interiors. Our top-floor room was spacious, with a big, comfy bed and a well-designed bathroom. The small window with a mosquito net didn't let in much light, but the other windows could be opened for airflow - though there's no glass due to heritage restrictions. Despite this, the room's electronic lighting was excellent - bright and thoughtfully placed, making the space comfortable at any time of day. Room service was reliable, but just be sure to let them know when you'd like your room cleaned. They'll thoroughly tidy up, replace towels, and bring fresh water, tea, and coffee - all very convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and making sure we had everything we needed. The laundry service was reliable, affordable, and a great addition. Breakfast was another highlight, with a good mix of western and local dishes. Plus, they made us freshly prepared omelets exactly to our taste, which we really enjoyed. The pool was a standout feature - surprisingly large and perfect for swimming, set centrally in the property. We also made use of the billiard table and attended a traditional Kathakali show in the same building complex, adding some extra charm to our stay. The location is excellent - very central yet quiet, apart from the occasional barking dogs at night (not unusual for the area). All in all, Napier Heritage Hotel offers a blend of history, comfort, and modern touches, making it a great choice for Fort Kochi. Highly recommended!
