Awesome location but the road is very bad and barely impossible to reach due to its condition, the most important one delicious food!! really enjoyed,. Rooms are ok, but furniture etc is not well maintained. And the entire place needs to be renovated.

Such an awful place. The approach road is not a proper one and rather for off-road experience only. Food was not good. Water logging all over the compound with dirty water. No maintenance of rooms.

Had a wonderful experience . The service was exceptional, the food was delicious, and the ambience was perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend

This resort is in a very nice location backgrounding Kochi lake. But the resort is not maintained well. Rooms are dusty, plug points arent working and bathroom doesnt have towels. If you are looking for a very low budget resort, this place would be ideal. Dont expect much.

We had a nice stay over here. The location is really superb. Care taker and the owner responded very well to our queries. Had some minor issues with the bathroom flush in one among the 4 rooms. Even though the road is bit off road the food delivery is available over there so not a big deal.

If we want to get away for a day to find peace in our mind and body, this is one of the best spots in Kochi.

Apart from the scenic location, everything about this place is misrepresented and misleading. 1. NOT a "4-star" resort by any stretch (Google needs to remove that tag). 2. Rooms are unclean and bug, insect, lizard and centipede ridden. 3. Air conditioning is for namesake and they won't cool the room even in 8 hours. 4. Bedding provided is basic - guaranteed to NOT give you a comfy-cozy resort experience. Sheets and blankets provided may not even be washed. 5. Bathrooms/toilets are in poor condition as well with rusting pipes, hangers and no amenities provided. 6. Breakfast is offered in fixed and limited quantities and the overall service is pathetic to say the least. 7. The only road accessible by four-wheelers to the location is unmetalled. Unless you're an off-road enthusiast with the right kind of vehicle, it's a pretty long and testing ride to reach the site. 8. The location in itself is objectively beautiful and the place has a lot of potential to be developed into something way better offering much better and many more services for visitors with better management and care.

Overall I had bad experiences at this place. Not worth for the price spend. First of all I'm wondering how this property got 4 rating - Way to the location -the way to this location (by road) is the worst. There's no road as such only a narrow strip of mud path hardly a car can pass at a time. - Zero maintenance The place is not at all maintained. Dirty grass, mud mixed inland water slits, bad waste management. - Worst rooms and bathrooms The rooms were totally waste and bathrooms were unhygienic. There were no good bedsheets or pillow. Even I found cigarate buds in the room. The rooms were not cleaned since years I think. No health faucet in bathrooms & smells bad - Bad ambience Anytime you can expect local guys with alcohol at this place, openly drinking at the premises of the property. I won't say the place is not safe for couples and families, but definitely ladies won't be that much comfortable in this space. - Average Food We ordered the food at this property, the food they have provided was very less quantity and not so tasty. The food quality was average. Still the price was at higher side. - Good views Will be able to see some good views and beautiful sun sets. There are some engagement activities like fishing.
