Lake Symphony Resort

Extremely Disappointing Experience I recently had the misfortune of staying at this resort last weekend, and it was an unmitigated disaster. The service was atrocious, with staff seemingly uninterested in addressing our needs. To start, drinking water was not available, which is a basic amenity that any decent resort should provide. When we asked the staff for water, they seemed put off and took ages to respond. However, the worst part of our stay was the staff's behavior in the evenings. They would get fully drunk and create a ruckus till 1 o'clock in the night. To make matters worse, their quarters were located right downstairs from our room, so we couldn't even get a good night's sleep. The constant noise, shouting, and laughter made it impossible for us to relax or enjoy our stay. It was like they had no regard for the guests' comfort or well-being. Overall, my experience at this resort was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The management needs to take serious steps to address the rampant incompetence, indifference, and unprofessional behaviour among the staff.

Very bad bad experience for the first time. Very bad service- hotel boys are shouting and and making fun at each other infront of visitors. Not even providing a bottle of drinking water..These are all a basic rule to run a hotel/resort..even we get a jug of water if we go to a lodge. We have carried the children again and travelled back for 3 to 4 kms to buy a bottle of water. During our personal time the two of hotel boys were coming to us and telling that they have been selected for army/Navy and they were disturbing us and they were not letting us to enjoy.. bed sheets in the room was stingy.somehow we managed the stay and waited for the Sun rise to run out from the resort..

The Location and the Building situated in a River Side is the only Positive thing we could say about this Resort. Rest it was below average. The rooms Where dusty and the pool has to be shared with other people also. So I would rate 5/10 overall.

Extremely Disappointed! I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff behavior was unprofessional, with some appearing drunk and not at all helpful. The room was also poorly maintained, and there was no water available in the room. I expected much better service for the price I paid. I would not recommend staying here.

Very bad experience we faced . Travelled with our families, the worst stay ever we had . There is no waterbotles or drinking water inside the property . We travelled 5 kms back to find a shop . So if you are visiting the resort try to bring a bottle of water too . Pathetic behaviour from the hotel staff , every body was drunk like anything . How can they drink and talk to a customer inside the premise ? Totally dissapointed. But the location is good. Can make the resort far far better in service and rooms too .

Rooms was not Even worth the money we had spent. It was dirty and dusty and the bed coverings, I would say they had never washed it from the beginning. There is also one thing I would like to highlight is that the use of drugs and other substances, I had found some parts and pieces from the drawer and the management might have facilitating them there. Overall a worst experience

It's was an pleasant stay with lake symphony. Me and my friends organized a get together in lake symphony. Its was so amazing. Especially ambiance.
