Lago Leisure Resort & Spa

Very good place for family. Main plus is the staff behaviour and the food quality. Good parking space. Beach is very near by which is very neat and resort have shower facility near parking which was very helpful for us to bath after coming (playing) from beach. Food was prepared after we order and it was very good. Veg and Non veg dishes served hot and good. We expect good hospitality when we travel and stay in hotels and resorts. You will 100% get that here and they are very polite.

"I had a wonderful stay here! The room was extremely clean and well-maintained. The staff ensured everything was spotless, making my stay very comfortable. The villa was beautifully appointed, but I did find it a little pricey. My only minor complaint was that the toilet seat could have been cleaner. However, this was a small issue in an otherwise excellent stay. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return. Four and a half stars!"

We had an awesome stay here. The resort is very close to the beach and has got some amazing backwater view. The food here is too good. I would highly recommend this place if you visit Cherai beach

Had a great stay here. The ambience was good and the food was outstanding. The property is more comfortable and the people there are friendly. Very good ambience. Calm and quiet peaceful atmosphere. Staff are polite and friendly. Delicious food. Enjoyed the boating nearby arranged by the resort. Pool is available. Budget friendly. We really enjoyed.

Horrible experience, not a resort it's a prison. * They have a lousy kitchen where half the things mentioned in their menu aren't even available. Yet they don't allow outside food. And if you bring outside food they won't even give you plates or spoons to have it. * Water dripping from AC. Had to change the room, finally. * Stayed there for 3 days out which 2 days were without internet. They took 48 hours to fix the internet! * Stained bedsheets. And the list goes on. Surely not worth the price and ratings they think they deserve.

Hi there!!!! We recently had a wonderful family beach holiday at Lago Leisure Resort! The property is well-maintained with clean rooms and restrooms. The restaurant truly stood out, serving delicious and flavorful food in decent quantities. The staff at the resort were friendly, helpful, and professional. A special mention to the chef for customizing baby food for our toddler everytime we asked , upon request - it was a huge relief for us. The resort's calm ambiance and proximity to the beach (just a short walk away) made it perfect for a relaxing evening stroll. I highly recommend Lago Leisure Resort to families looking for good food, comfortable stay, and a serene beach experience.

Property location is on such a narrow road where turning/parking of the vehicle is highly difficult. They are running the hotel with bare minimum staff therefore unable to render proper services . Breakfast timings were 07.30 hrs to 10.00 hrs but by 09.00 hrs most of the items were finished . Services were so poor that for available items one has to wait for a long time. No dental kit/shaving kit was provided. They were mean in providing complementary water bottles. In a room with triple occupancy only two water bottles were provided and on demand they said it is against the policy. We faced similar problems with towels etc. it's not recommended to go for this hotel, there are other much better options available in the area. It looks all their reviews are paid reviews.
