Kumbalangi Puzhayoram Homestay

The property is amazing with a great ambience. Rooms are well maintained and the washrooms are clean. The property has a good river view at the backside. A complementary breakfast was provided which was good. If you are planning for the dinner then you will have to inform them prior. Last but not the least, the hosts were very friendly and polite and they made us feel comfortable throughout the stay.

Nice surroundings and view from the Homestay. Owner was very polite on the 1st day. Food was ok. Lot of miscommunication between the owner and the cook. They say they cook it there, but I highly doubt. I think it was bought from outside . Highly overpriced. Geyser does not work. They give complementary breakfast like a miser. Not at all satisfied with the quantity. When we confronted, the owner behaved very badly.

I had a disappointing experience at Puzhayoram Homestay, The service and behaviour of the host was very bad and he was a very greedy and dishonest person. seemed very good person till the money paid. After the payment he took 180deg turn. Communication was a hassle, Adding to the disappointment, the food was below average, lacking freshness and authenticity, I think he bought food outside and served it, because when we ate the food was cold and dry and the price was very high. The property itself, though located in a scenic area and average rooms. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here unless there is a significant improvement in host honesty and behaviour. If anyone is planning to stay here make communication clearly and have some evidence of the same, very important confirm check in and check out time and never order food in home stay.

Well, nothing beats Puzhayoram Homestay Kumbalangi when it comes to the beautiful hosting, delicious home cooked dishes, catch of the day prepared and served with love moreover the amazing ambience! This place is unique because of the people who are running it. You will see they pouring their love in everything you do, you will be taken care well! One of my favorite already, second time was just great, will come back to for more and more. The best wishes to everyone behind Puzhayoram homestay!

2 days ago we went to Kumbalanghi Puzhayoram Kochi and we had a great experience. The host was superb cool and kind, we never had this much lovely hospitality ever before, such a lovely man. The main thing that attracted us is their scenery. We can watch both sunrise and sunset and they'll provide the things for it. Very clean room, amazing food. Moreover we have a very great experience

The stay at PUZHAYORAM was awesome.. The location was serene and calm with beautiful lake view. About the hosts, no words to say about their service, it was such a heart-warming hospitality. It was HOME AWAY FROM HOME. They were by-hand for every need and made arrangements to visit the BIOLUMINISCENCE LAKE, at late-night. About the food, they customised as per our choices.
