Kent Baywatch Suites

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kent Baywatch Inn for two days while attending a wedding. Overall, my experience was excellent! The service, stay, and location all exceeded my expectations. The hotel's amenities and rooms were well-maintained and comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful. However, there were a couple of areas that needed improvement. The receptionists' English communication skills were not up to the mark, which made it difficult to convey our needs at times. Moreover, on the day of our checkout, we were running late, but the hotel staff locked our room without informing us. A simple courtesy call or message would have been appreciated, allowing us to gather our belongings before the room was locked. Despite these minor hiccups, I would still recommend Kent Baywatch Inn for its overall quality and value. With a little improvement in communication skills and attention to detail, this hotel has the potential to provide a flawless experience for its guests.

The rooms are simply amazing! We ordered room service and the food was just okay. They have a small pool which can be fun. They also have a sauna next to the pool. The highlight still being the room which comes with a kitchen washing machine and fridge. A 1 bhk apartment basically!

This was my second stay at Kent Baywatch Kochi. While my first visit was quite impressive, the second one left me disappointed. No cutleries were provided with the food, which was quite inconvenient. Attempts to reach the reception were mostly met with no response -- a basic service failure. Also, their new restaurant partners did not meet expectations at all. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend them going forward.

We enjoyed a stay at this hotel which has spacious apartments and extremely comfortable beds. There is a pool, great sauna and various other recreational amenities although the gym is in need of refurbishment. In general the amenities are a little tired and in need of TLC. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The apartment's kitchen had no culinary equipment enough prepare a snack. It would have been better to have a table and chairs on the balcony to enjoy the incredible view across the river. Clients should note that there is no wifi in the individual apartments and is therefore not suitable for a work from home stay.

Can't begin to describe the pathetic service. We checked in and informed that we will have visitors coming as we had travelled from outside Kochi. They informed that we have to ask our friends to leave by 10 or pay for the guests. The guy at the reception didnt even want to listen to us. When the rooms were booked, they didn't inform us of their visitor rules. Then when we wanted to leave after an hour, they billed us for the full night. We paid as there is no point arguing with poorly trained staff. They lost the second room booking which was a bigger space plus the charges for food that we would have ordered. Hope they are happy charging us for a full night when we didn't stay for even an hour. Don't go by the 5 star reviews, the service and staff attitude is pathetic and that's what is most important for the hospitality industry

We had very great experience @Baywatch suites . Their staff was very eager and ready to helf us beyond their duties .Especially the manger maria she was really helpfully for us. It was very peacefull place and view from the balcony was really amazing .Truly a great and memorable experience for all of us .Thanks maria for all your supports and great sevice will definitely visit again with my family .

Not sure if this is a hotel or a hostel My and a group of friends booked this place to meet and catch up. We traveled from various places to meet up. We had made the booking directly through the hotel reservations desk. WE WERE NOT INFORMED IN ADVANCE THAT VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE ROOMS Any visitors allowed inside have to.leave by 10pm. This was totally unacceptable for us as we had many friends visiting us as we were in town. Seems the management of this 'hotel' is willing to lose business and income to uphold their draconian rules. We checked out immediately and went to another hotel Better to avoid this hotel. The good reviews shown are a farce.

The rooms are really spacious and the apartment is self contained. The hotel should provide free wifi. Also, though there is a kettle in the kitchenette, no tea bags, coffee sachets, etc. were provided.
