Karthikeya Residency

Review after 3 days. Please read full before booking! NO BLANKET, HOT WATER Horrible place. Manager itself is the cleaning staff, no proper workers, poorest infrastructure facilities, no hot water ( when asked about it they told if you come to ground floor they will provide), no blanket (not even a sheet) provided for non AC. Cable TV only connected after multiple requests, no chairs in room, worst part is half an hour late for checkout time and they demanded half day's payment and eventually settled for 200 Rs extra. Don't stay here unless you have a choice. If you think that this is a paid review feel free to check my others reviews.

I stayed in this hotel for 2days and it was a great experience.The rooms were well maintained. Walkable distance to the temple. Staffs were very friendly.

I had stayed at this residencyfor 3 days in last month. I was completely satisfied while residing in that hotel. I strongly recommend for all people including families. Place is quite peaceful and we will be fully relaxed while staying there. staffs were friendly. cleanliness of every rooms are perfect.

Room rent is very expensive, A/C not working still charged us extra, Tv does not work, room stinks. Receptionist just need money, does not want to listen any kind of issues.

Average.. No hot water..they said hot water available at morning time but u will not get it till u vacate..

Highly recommended for a middle class family. Their hospitality is appreciable. 3Bedded room is morethan enough for a 4Membered family. Round the clock availability of hot water is attractive. Bathroom was well maintained.

Never take room in this residency because there charge high cost. And at the end there fight and tell bad words also.there charge extra 1000 rs from me .the manager in this residency is very bad guy and he is a drunker. The owner never come and check the residency that why manager is like that. It's my personal experience never ever stay in this residency.

The hotel has 3 large bed and two bathrooms in a single room. Perfect and practical rooms to stay for a family of 8 including children
