Clean rooms with great lake view outside through window. Balcony opening to lake. Reasonable cost 200 meter away from cherai beach

The resort was an average one with nice view to the backwaters. There was no resturant in this resort also the room was not luxurious and the bathroom should also need to inprove. Its just a place for hangout only. The staff behaved well mannered and also the manager also a nice person. It was located just 100mtrs from cherai beach. I think the rate was quite reasonable when we compare with the location view and facilities. Its nice place for bachelors.

The host is a very nice person, friendly, polite and helpful. The room has lake view but unfortunately the lake is far from clean and the smell is not so good. There is no hot water in the room. There was a problem with sand falling of the roof right onto the bed, so it was not comfortable to sleep with sand in your face and all over the bed. Food is good and affordable.

Stayed for a day |Sampled 40 % of items mentioned on the menu.|The resort has parking bay close to the rooms. The ambience in the room is decent and though claustrophobic. The windows and the balcony overlooking the lake are very very good. The helper is a teenaged boy named Sharath, who does all your errands without complaining ever. The chef is perhaps the highlight of the resort. He gauges your need... Makes his suggestions and delivers lip smacking food. I would even dare to say that we had the best prawn biryani ever in this resort. And ordered more the next day.||Recommend - carry a Bluetooth speaker. And spend all your time in your private balcony overlooking the river....listening to your music.|

Had expected it something, but turned out to be something else.The only advantage is 5 mins walk to Cherai beach. Ambiance is not that great, No wi-fi for the rooms far off from reception. The small pool inside the resort is dirty to the core. The lake was stinking when the balcony door was opened. Also the rooms provided are average and can get a better rooms for the money paid!

They have maintain the resort very well. Service is too good. Currently they have closed their restaurant. I recommend to book a AC room even if you are visiting in winters as the lake besides smells bit in days time. Rest all good. Must visit.

This hotel is very near to the beach, I like the sea food, cooked nicely, and very good place to eat a fine sea food in Kerala. Cherai beach is tourist spot and being near to this place is very catchy and easy to find the spot. I and my family really enjoyed alot!

Kadalkara Lake Resort is at the Cherai beach junction. Main beach is at just 2-3 mins walk from this resort. Good resort to stay with family. We have only enquired about it, rates are very reasonable. It is located just next to backwaters and you can also enjoy fishing here.
