"A Perfect Getaway!" I had the most incredible experience during my stay! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beauty of the property. The room was not only spacious but also impeccably designed every detail seemed to have been thoughtfully chosen for comfort and style. The view was absolutely breathtaking, with the river stretching out in front of me. There's something magical about waking up to that serene view in the morning. One of the highlights of my trip was kayaking along the river. The staff arranged everything for me, and peacefully paddling through the calm waters, taking in the surrounding nature. It was a perfect way to unwind and connect with the environment. The river was tranquil, and the lush greenery that lined its banks created such a soothing atmosphere. The location is ideal for those who enjoy outdoor activities, and being so close to the water made the whole experience feel even more special. After kayaking, I'd relax by the river's edge, watching the sunset reflect off the water truly a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed without being overbearing. Visited the space today in June 2024, and I have to say, the ambiance was absolutely awesome! The whole family was thrilled with the atmosphere. It had such calm and pleasant vibes that made the experience even more enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our day together. The kayak adventure and our stay there were truly immersive experiences that we'll cherish for a long time.

Amazing location with a scenic view and the best time to experience is the mesmerising sunset beneath the backwaters. Must visit if you are planning to Kochi.

If you are looking for budget friendly villa with best vibes then this is it. A lot of reviews have positives which i would gladly iterate but here are some things that you should look out for There is a lack of amenities as simple as towels so you should to try to bring everything of your own. Complimentary breakfast will probably be 2 items so don't expect a lot Dinner for no reason whatsoever should be ordered from there. I havent had such terrible food in a very long time.

Nice, concept and ambience is great rooms aren't that comfortable, little bit improvement is required. When we stayed, there is a bad smell from toilet, also the toilet is very small and just one. Do not follow Google maps blindly, Google maps may suggest road beside sacred heart chuch, which doesn't connect to the property, take road opposite to St Peter's Church (Sree Krishna Road), beware road is too congested, would be a challenging drive for inexperienced drivers. Kayaking is a must try activity, choose evening or early morning for kayaking.

Stayed there for one night. Its a wonderful location, right next to the kumbalangi waters. Place is even better in the night with all the lighting. Rooms were small but ok, Gopi chetan was very helpful. We were two families with kids and felt secured. They have kayakking too and we are just free to take one and row away with the jackets. Right next to the property is a Perl Spot fish farm. Cons: Property could be maintained better, cut the grass more often, outdoor tables are not cleaned after previous guest left and there were some beer bottles lying around too. Apparently Voye homes only markets the property owned by a local person. The voye homes contact Mr.Anand had promised a price which included the dinner too but a day before the travel he says the dinner was a typo. Genuine mistake but he never said even a sorry. Otherwise a great property, do plan to visit again for a very quiet weekend away from busy life.

Excellent property for a family or friends vacation. Good and cozy rooms, nice service and homely food. There are fun activities like kayaking, fishing and swimmingin backwaters. Chineese fishing net experience was awesome...live fish and barbeque. Must visit !!!
