HOTEL NUJOOM (ROOMS & SERVICE APARTMENTS)

Really nice place. I had a great experience thanks to the receptionist(favas). From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. I recommend this place for family stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a pleasant stay. Staff was very amiable and welcoming. The hospitality and overall atmosphere provided us with comfort. Our needs were accommodated on a timely basis. We appreciate it.

Premium rooms for comparitively affordable rate. Neat rooms. Little bit remote from the city, yet calm and quiet atmosphere. A mosque and a public park are nearby.

Stayed here for 2 nights, had a very comfortable and safe stay. The customer service was excellent !!

The rooms were all good and we had booked a three bedroom apartment. We had booked a three bedroom apartment and were given two bedrooms in a flat and another bedroom separately. Bathroom kitchen facility everything was good In the kitchen, there is a gas connection and some basic vessels, so we can use it and cook. We faced two things in this hotel, one is that there is no water heater in the bathroom They said they have solar, but if it is the rainy season, it does not generate heat. So we have to use the gas stove in the kitchen to heat the water and take a bath. There was a small way to the parking lot, so it was a bit difficult to turn the car around and park.There is a possibility of scratching which is very difficult for big cars They pack all the garbage collected in the rooms and store it in the parking lot. From there, a terrible stench came from it. It was an unbearable situation. I couldn't stay there even for a minute. I think the hotel management should maintain the parking area too.

We had a pleasant stay with Nujoom, especially its pet friendly and we dint miss our Azlaan . Their service was nice but in our apartment tv was not working other than that all good.The location was very accessible to all sites.I would highly recommend Nujoom .

I have stayed in Nujoom for 28Days and we both like the place very much. The place is very clean (AS SEEN IN THE PICS) which we were very impressed. The price is worth for the money and I Liked that they do daily housekeeping including the bed linen & towel Change on request. Very flexible services they offered . When paid they arranged water case to your apartment doorstep. Within an hour Maaz arranged us with SIM Cards as you don't get sim card in Kochin if you don't have medical visa. You have to struggle to get it. The place is very cleAn looked after well. All the staffs were always available and ready to help anytime. A very special thanks to Anju for being there with a friendly smile of her face. Very attentive to requests she did even paid for my Amazon orders while I was away from hotel. Anju is really an asset to the company, she is very helpful, friendly and gives a very professional service.looks like she loves her job. Thank you Anju for Arranging me a vehicle to airport and it was on exact time. Not to forget thanks a lot to Maaz also for your valuable services. Thank you Fayas for being very flexible and arranging me and my friends to stay there. Look forward to stay in Nujoom during my next visit to Kochin too. This is the best service apartment I have stayed in Kochin so far. Very well maintained and looked after. Definitely I would recommend this place to my friends & family.
