HOTEL LET'S STAY

I had an amazing experience at *Let's Stay*! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their friendly and helpful attitude. They truly go the extra mile to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are exceptionally well-maintained--clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed to meet all your needs. One of the highlights of my stay was the balcony, offering a breathtaking view that's perfect for relaxing and refreshing your mind after a long day. The hotel also features a restaurant that serves a variety of delicious dishes, all at very reasonable prices. The quality of the food and the prompt service added to the overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend Let's Stay for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with great hospitality, excellent amenities, and stunning views. It's a perfect place for a relaxing vacation or even a short stay!

Our experience was terrible. I had booked the hotel for three days for two people--myself and a friend who was visiting from Switzerland. My friend arrived at the hotel before me, as I was a bit late for check-in. When she arrived with a lot of luggage, the receptionist was indifferent and did not provide any assistance or offer a helper to carry her bags to the room. After checking in, she went to her room, which seemed fine at first. However, her fiance accompanied her to help with the luggage, and as soon as he entered the room, the receptionist called multiple times (four to five times) and insisted that he leave immediately, stating that visitors were not allowed. This was extremely unprofessional. Since I was the one who made the booking, the experience reflected poorly on me. My friend, who is an Europe citizen, felt that the hotel did not meet the standards of a three-star hotel; she said it felt more like a one-star hotel. Later, when she was about to leave the room, she found that the door lock was not functioning properly. Additionally, when she checked the bathroom, there were no towels. She asked the staff for a towel, and they claimed it was due to laundry issues. When I arrived later and asked for the same, the receptionist promised to provide one within two minutes but never did. When I followed up with another staff member, they told me that towels were completely unavailable. How is it possible for a three-star hotel to run out of towels? There were no towels. The service was completely unacceptable, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing.

I have booked deluxe room in Hotel Lets Stay through Make my trip. The photos shown was excellent while booking and we reached hotel around 10:30 pm after searching the hotel because it was located at very interior place. After check in , the staff just given the room key. Me , my wife and one year old baby and 3 year old child get inside room. We were really shocked to see the deluxe room. The room had an entry to another room which was closed. By seeing this we could understood the hotel is not family. We called reception and informed, but receptionist telling the other room locked and not going to give to someone, we told we are not safe. Finally he chaned to another room. That room was full of mosquitos and not clean. Again we have to argue with him. Its so late by then and we don't have another option to change hotel with kids, and the third room was better one in the third floor. Its a normal room with AC. Beds are not good and we couldn't sleep well. Families please don't book room in this hotel, its my humble advice

Delux with balcony. Quiet and Scenic Reception staffs demonstrated good service and guidance. Kindly ensure the housekeeping was done properly in washrooms ,felt slippery! Rooms are great value for money. Saved for revisit!

It was a comfortable and quiet stay, the room was clean n neat with a clean bathroom. The front desk was friendly.

Satisfied Stay Nothing to complain about. I enjoyed my stay.! Really helpful reception and team. All good. Except the bathroom floor felt slippery and restaurant option not available. This place made my vacation better.
