Hotel Kochi Crown

The corridor had an uncomfortable stench which they tried to compensate using room freshner. The room was not well maintained and the pillow was untidy. The person in charge was polite but the cleaning staff was not ( non - native ) To the owner : Replace your cleaning staff with someone competent and sincere ( if you want the business to grow )

It was awesome service by the reception staff as I arrived early morning 3AM. Checkout procedure was hassle free and the room rate was budget friendly. Thanks to the entire Crown Kochi team

I had an amazing experience at kochi crown The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The location was ideal, close to major attractions yet quiet and serene. I would highly recommend this hotel for budget stays.

Near the main road. I stayed in a single ac room. The room has decent space for a person with average neatness. Good to spend a night if you have some business in the area. Cons : - There was a big spider in the room. - Hot water didn't work even though they said it would. - Ac worked for some time, but zero cooling after that. - Water from the ac was dripping to the table placed below and my laptop also got wet. - Ac made a strange noise as if it was about to fall down and all functions were not working properly. - No soap or water provided at the rate of 2000 I gave for 27-28 hours - They don't give 24 hrs stay, you will have to pay some amount extra.
