The location is perfect, just a short stroll from all the must-see spots in Fort Kochi, making it a great base for exploring. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable retreat after a day out. A special mention must go to the attached restaurant--easily one of the best meals I had in three weeks of travel through India. Whether you're after a rich non-veg curry or a beautifully spiced vegetarian dish, every plate is bursting with flavor. Highly recommended for anyone looking for charm, comfort, and fantastic service in Fort Kochi.

Absolutely amazing hotel in every way! This place is a true gem. It's located in a perfect spot, right in the heart of Fort Kochi. The interior is stylish and full of character. Everything is super clean and peaceful, and the rooms are wonderfully quiet and comfortable. What really made my stay special was the staff. They were incredibly kind and helpful with everything: from arranging taxis to helping with laundry, and even answering my many questions about India and local life. I checked out several nearby hotels before choosing this one, and none of them could match the quality or the value for money. This hotel stands out by far. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fort Kochi. Also, don't miss the in-house restaurant, it serves absolutely delicious food!

Great hospitality, staff is excellent. One of the smoothest check in, checkout i have experienced. They dont make fuss about small things and genuinely help their guests. They take care of even small requests genuinely. Rooms are clean, neat & comfortable, so are the washrooms. We used 4 rooms and all 4 were excellent.

Hotel Arches is a great place to stay if you're visiting Fort Kochi. Fantastic location near a lot of tourist attractions, shopping and cafes. Kerala Cafe is literally next door. The staff are very kind and helpful. Checkin was quick and easy. The room is basic but very clean. Bed was firm, lots of pillows and comfortable. Room faced the street but was pretty quiet and had no trouble sleeping. Aircon worked well and the room was stocked with water. No wash cloths which could be added as well as a safety deposit box...didn't see one but also didn't ask so it could have been there. Hotel felt very safe even as a solo woman traveler. I would definitely stay there again.

It is a comfortable hotel with fantastic service. The rooms are clean and cosy, the food is good, and the staff is professional and very helpful. It's great location offers easy access to everything that a visitor wants to see while in Kochi. Highly recommended

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Arches with my family. The rooms were neat, clean, and gave a lavish experience. Loved the vibe of the place! The complimentary breakfast had a great variety and was absolutely delicious. Plus, having Rasoi restaurant right next to it was a bonus. A perfect family-friendly and kids-friendly stay in Kochi. Highly recommended!

A great find. Big clean rooms reasonably priced good and quick service food at rasoi is great breakfast has all the relevant things to fuel you up and a very good one of its kind coffee machine. The deluxe room was value for money and the usp is its location close to everything

Good hotel with comfortable rooms and a lovely roof top terrace for breakfast. The attached restaurant is also very good. Service was good and they let us check in early which was useful as we arrived first thing in the morning from London. The only issue was the thin walls between us and room next door who had their TV on very loud with the door open! They quietened down when asked.
