Ginger Kochi, Kalamassery

It was a pleasant stay and the staff were excellent in their service, particularly Aswin and Ramya. ||Also the food was delicious and the credit goes to your chef whom we didnt met. ||Over all the stay was good and enjoyed the 2 nights stay. ||Will see you soon !

The receptionists were very helpful and spoke cheerfully. Breakfast service could be improved with adding items depending on customer preferences. Standard items like dates, banana, brown bread and sausages can be kept to cater for international guests.

Had a wonderful stay at Ginger Kalamasheri! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was really tasty and satisfying. Special thanks to Remya and Akhil for their professional and friendly service -- they made my stay even better. Highly recommended!

Very nice staff, Ramya, Treesa and Hashif at the reception displayed excellent hopitality and were always eager to help. Kudos to the team. Keep up the good work!!! The hotel is situation at a very convinient location. ( Right next to the metro station).

The location and cleanliness is good. However, I felt the room is not that great for that price. They have got all the basic amenities. Even though they have got all the basic amenities, I still felt that something is missing. Maybe I had hoped the room a bit more luxurious.

I had the worst experience at this hotel. Check-in took an absurdly long time, with staff moving at a snail's pace and showing zero urgency. There was no proper system in place, and I had to wait endlessly just to get to my room. As if that wasn't bad enough, the staff were unhelpful, and completely uninterested in making guests feel welcome. Every request felt like a burden to them, and their attitude was borderline disrespectful. Hospitality is clearly not a priority here. To top it all off, the hotel is ridiculously overpriced for what you get. The service is terrible, the experience is frustrating, and honestly, I regret every penny spent. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!

Excellent rooms. Very clean and new. Enjoyed staying in the suite. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Ramya was very pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. Central location to everything. Steps away from the metro station. Well done Ginger.

Its the worst ever service i have ever seen. The bed size is too small and we have paid 4500 including tax to sleep on double size bed. I went with my family and 11 months small baby and i could not sleep properly. When i asked for a extra bed as the bed size is small , they told me to pay 800 for my 11 months baby. The main issue is not paying for the bed, they must have mentioned the bed size if its too small. Its not worthy to pay 4500 for a single room with small bed size(other hotels with Rs.3000, i can get big size bed) . Better go to other hotels at least to have big size bed with good quality service.
