Costa Gama Home Stay Fort Cochin

Just the most perfect homestay! We only stayed for a night as we were flying out to Thailand but we will definitely stay again when returning to Kochi. The building is beautiful, traditional dark wood. The bed was comfortable and we didn't feel like we were missing AC. Bathroom was clean and had everything we needed! Host and his wife were soooo friendly. Great sense of humour and a shame we didn't get to spend more time with them! Location is also great, really safe feeling area and easy 10/15 min walk to lots of shops and restaurants.

I loved my stay here. Affordable, clean, and with all the amenities you'll need. I had a private room with ensuite and there was a ceiling fan. Unfortunately the power went out a few times for a few hours while I was there but that wasn't their fault. It's in a very quiet place but still centrally located. The hosts are lovely people and they can recommend you where to go, where to eat etc. They even stayed up late so I could check in at midnight and woke up early so I could check out at 5.30am. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come back to Kochi.

Our experience was really nice at Costa Gama. The room was nice clean and tidy for young backpackers for the price. The house is located near a big market from one side, and a walking distance from Cochin fort From another. There are a few decent restaurants around the area as well. The family are warm and very friendly, they gave us plenty of advices to where to eat and what to do in the region. We are very grateful for the time spent at Costa, Thank you

We loved our stay here, wish we stayed longer. Really nice house with lovely traditional furnishings etc in the room and beautiful frangipani tree. A lovely and quick walk to see the attractions and nice restaurants including Kathakali dancing! They were a very nice welcoming family we would stay again in a heartbeat

Benson's lovely homestay made my trip in Fort Kochi! He's such a great guy, we had lovely chats and he gave great local recommendations, and even taught me how to play Tabla! The rooms are super comfortable and clean, and the house is beautiful. There's a well stocked kitchen which was so welcome! Thank you Benson

Absolutely LOVED my stay at Costa Gama. The room was spacious and cosy, the location was perfect, a short 10-15min walk to main attractions, lots of restaurants nearby and the hosts were phenomenal. They were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this beautiful Homestay and fantastic value for money! :)

Benson, Shiney, and their family were gracious hosts, taking the time to get to know their guests and generously offering recommendations based on individual interests. The location is excellent, ideal for exploring Fort Kochi on foot. The rooms were clean and comfortable, each with an attached bathroom, and the common area was well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Easily my go-to homestay in Fort Kochi

An amazing start to our time in India. Great location with so many sights, restaurants and cafes in talking distance. Benson and family were wonderful hosts, giving us advice on our travel plans and helping with sim cards. Would 100% recommend.
