This hotel has lots BEDBUGS AND COCKROACHES. my baby got bites on her legs. We had very bad experience. Room rent is high without enough items.

Very bad experience with this hotel. We were booked for 2 rooms we had an additional 1 guest with us the time was around 2.30 am and no extra room was available due to the new year rush.Sincw there was no room available we were willing to pay additional amount but was then also they didn't co-operate. Very much disappointed with the management.

My office booked me a room and location wise, it is perfect if you want to stay close to the city as well as quick access towards Kochi Airport. The Check in process was smooth as well. Rooms are what you see in the picture. As for outside food, there were no hassle from anyone when I ordered from Zomato either. The Room and bathroom were well maintained and clean, with fresh linen and towel. On my second day, the AC had malfunctioned and after a quick call to the Reception and an inspection of the same, they promptly offered to shift me to the next room without any such request from my side although this could be also due to free rooms available. The room is also well lit and had clean mirrors as well. The TV has just the default free channels but it is 2024, who in their right mind want to watch Dish TV in the age of OTT platforms and unlimited internet. The water provided is a refilled bottle most likely filtered or tap, do not take a risk with the same so I urge you to not drink from the same and buy your own mineral water. Free wifi is available although I have yet to connect to the same as I am not a fan of public wifi. The rooms are adjacent to an executive bar and the rooms in close proximity to it could hear the chatter depending upon how loud they get, so if you are coming with family and kids then do ask if rooms are available away from the Bar. As for the Review bomb, I feel like people are expecting a 4 star experience when they are paying Rs.1100 per night. For the price, you get what is expected of the same. If you are a solo traveller or are on a budget and made a pit stop in the city then this place is sufficient enough. Hope this helps.

No complimentary breakfast added to this tariff. Housekeeping expected more in Washrooms. Only one soap and shampoo provided. Atleast one shaving razor and brush with paste needed for this tariff collected.

Good. Parking was a little bit of a problem but I was able to find one by the staff. Staff was polite and helpful.

Its ok..but full of conditions and rules..you can accept that..its ok to take..btw the rooms and services are good..and have a bar....note that

I was there with frnds last nyt. We have ordered a full chicken 65... For 850... Strictly not recommended. With an pathetic atmosphere

Near metro station, very good staff and private enviornment, had a very comfortable stay would highly recommend
