Cochin Seaport Hotel

Location was bit good and the room was clean and the view was bit good. But the room service was very bad. On my visit, the TV was not working and hot shower too not working. I called the service engineer several times and later offered me a different room for the TV, as the before TV was not recharged they said. I nearly lost three hours on this hustle. But the hot shower was still not working as it was broken. I was severely disappointed. Later I called in for a room service for the dinner. But they said room service not available. An another disappointment.

1 star here for service. The quality of the rooms was overshadowed by the fact that the room service was pathetic. The management is trying to save pennies by employing only one staff member. The height of apathy was that I ordered a fruit bowl over mobile (no surprises, the intercom was not working), and the bearer brought me an empty bowl. And he informed me that there is no room service, if I want then I can go and pick up the food from the restaurant. The restaurant has only 2 options for breakfast. They have a bar on the rooftop, which is OK but not so great food and drink wise- they serve straight what is consumed by its frequent visisitor;it's visited by regular local crowd just to have a beer or two. The outsiders to the rooftop and the guests use the same lift; if this was some other state then the management will be having their hands full with security issues. Since I had traveled solo, I was not too keen on anything more so managed with whatever service they had to offer. Would advive to skip the place altogether if you are traveling with family and want better ammenities. So all in all, expect this place to be a glorified guest house with good rooms rather than a hotel. For the price I paid from ibibo( less than 3000 for 2 nights), the place is worth it.

Stayed here with kid, was on jet lag and they did room service only after 3pm otherwise we should go to there restaurant..once when i went there was some one drinking. that place I didnt see a single girl during my stay.had a doubt if we were the only ppl stayed there. It has a local and rooftop bar as well which makes this place more uncomfortable to women n kids. Washroom was not well cleaned. Room was neat on the outside but not a well maintainedone. Food was good. Staff were good.

I stayed at the Kochin Sea Port Hotel, and it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is budget-friendly, with a rooftop bar that has a great ambiance. The rooms were comfortable, and the service was excellent, especially Bertin from the reception staff, who guided us through everything in a friendly manner.

Service Rooms Amenities Staff Cleanliness Hotel is providing 5 star service at very less price!! I would like to thank Mr. Aubin who went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Hotel is closer to all the destinations however it's not walkable. Must try all the restaurants, food is really very tasty

Had a wonderful stay at Cochin Seaport hotel. Offers spacious and neat rooms at an affordable price. The in-house restaurant, managed very professionally under Mr.Aubin, is available throughout the day and serves excellent food. Right from booking days, all queries and requests were handled so gracefully by Musthak and Bertin at reception. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

I recently visited this incredible hotel in Kochi and was blown away by the exceptional food, breathtaking rooftop views, and attentive service. Must try their porotta and chilly pork, were sublime - a true culinary delight. Highly recommend.

The rooms were clean but at the time when we visited many of the staff were on leave and the restaurant in the hotel had just 1 or 2 items and was a bit costly compared to the quality of food.
