Casino Hotel, CGH Earth

Casino is the highlight for our trip to kochi. Before visiting there I was skeptical about location after reading various reviews. But we had no issues of travel from wellingdon to fort kochi area. Autos and cabs are readily available and takes just 15-20min to connect you to the main attractions||In fact I would suggest that all ppl freely stay here in spacious 5 star property over the heritage old look hotels in Forr kochi which are expensive and small.||Best points of Casino|1. Huge room size and clean washrooms. The heritage rooms are on the ground floor and executive on 1st and 2nd. All are equally comfortable.|2. The friendly staff Mr Krishna Kumar and Mr shyaam were over committed and always ready to help.|3. The bell captain Sudershanan and the trainee Shreyash were very active and guest friendly. 5 stars to their hospitality||4. The food and buffet were outstanding with the best variety and food options. The staff there like ms avantika were very polite and helpful||Highly recommend this property with pool, greenery, open space, gym and indoor carrom for guests.||Ps- You can opt to travel in morning via ferry. Welligdon to fort kochi however in evening prefer direct cabs or auto to return to hotel.

I was attending a nearby family wedding, so booked an 8 night stay in this hotel. |First the good points. |The staff were the best thing about this hotel. Always friendly and anxious to please. |The buffet breakfast is very good. A choice of Indian foods, continental breakfasts along with eggs, bacon, cereals and toast. |The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean. |The not so good points. |The swimming pool felt like getting into a bath, the water was that warm. The approach to the pool was littered with cigarette butts, and the whole pool area was a little shabby. |The television in my room seemed to only receive children's cartoon channels or news channels. |The worst point. |I gave them my rather expensive Italian linen jacket and trousers that I intended wearing to the wedding to freshen them up after being in a suitcase. Instead of dry cleaning them, they put them in a washing machine, ruining them. Who, if a professional launderer and cleaner, would think that was the correct procedure? They did try to correct the mistake, but not totally successful. |In summary, this is a perfectly adequate place to stay, so long as you don't need any clothes cleaned.

I recently stayed at Casino Hotel choching and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The room was spacious, impeccably clean.||A special thank to entire team for going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment.

After getting off a long fight, this hotel was a good place to relax. Spent 2 nights here. A lot of time by the pool. Which was lovely but felt slightly unsafe on the steps into it. Good buffet for breakfast and dinner. Lots of choice

Beautiful hotel with clean and tidy rooms. The staff is super kind and humble. They accommodated us in every way possible from providing early checkin to extremely fast room service. Had a really good experience! Worth visiting again.

Had a very pleasant stay at the property recently. Great ambiance and we'll though out eco practice. Hats off to the detailing when it come to zero wastage norms . |Food at the property was superb|Their breakfast is limited but very very good. .

The rooms are of good quality as is the food. Restaurant service is pretty good. The bar staff were less helpful, I came back from a day out and at around 19:45hrs I went to the bar for a local beer to be told they had sold out, however, there was at least a dozen bottles in their fridge, when I challenged this I was told they were all sold, presumably pre sold to another customer but no further explanation was given by the bar staff this is not the way I would expect a hotel of this quality to act and is unacceptable. The location in my opinion is also not very accessible and not close to the city.

This is a resort in wellington island. |Pros:|1. The rooms and washrooms are clean .|2. Service is prompt.|3. Breakfast buffet spread is decent |4. Old architecture feel |Cons: |1. Its bit in secluded area. (If one has their transport, its best )|Else while coming back from kochi fort area or jew town. One should avoid evening jetty as there are NO auto/cabs (from jetty point to resort ) available after 6.30 p.m.|2. No restaurants available around the vicinity.||
